Looking forward to being asked if I stopped hitting my wife for pointing out that: Terminator's plot is another White Saviour fantasy where One White Man (and later One White Woman) makes the difference. You point out near the end how the Resistance works together but not how the plot is only possible because One White Man faced off against One Machine, among other ways in which solidarity could have made the crises we face today a lot easier to surpass. But gorgeous editing skills as always, I still watch Douglas Lain's wordsoup videos sometimes because of the video editing.

Capitalism ended in 08. We’ve entered an era where North America adopted corporate libertarianism and Europe and Asia adopted synthetic technocracy. Basically a cloud fiefdom that turned even capitalists into mere serfs clamoring for a seat at the table.

A fascinating video, very well put together. I can't help thinking that capitalism will always be the fate of the human race however many resets it goes through, though. Learning from our mistakes appears to be only one side of the polyhedron that is human nature.

Not really interested in teh climate change stuff, my real gripe is with your solutions: More government. In any case, sea level is no biggy: IPCC admits no more than 98cm by 2100. That's not gonna be a cause of migrant crisis, people just move inland as the rise is too slow to cause real issues. Anyways please stop begging for big government, it is the cause of today's problems.
