Just came across your videos and saw a your furbaby's red tears. My Korean Maltese had those red tears for weeks when he was a pup and we didn't know why. Changed the food from Royal Canin, that the breeder gave us to a (non-grain) "Now" or "Go" from Canada and it made a huge difference. Hope that helps!
