I sure wish I still had some of my finds... sigh, they were stolen when I had to transfer from Okinawa, Japan back to the US. I had so many spectacular finds and it still makes me want to cry over the loss. The day I found my St. Gaudin's $20 GOLD piece was the highlight of my metal detecting. My deceased husband and I went almost every weekend no matter the weather. We were both in the USAF and had huge opportunities to detect old training grounds and beaches that produced finds no one would believe unless you saw them all together. I sure miss the fun and surprise. Enjoy every day you can on those fields and never stop searching for your relics and coins. @@RomanFound

I love that little lead seal toy,it’s perfect! Imagine being at a Fair back in those days! What were the games played for such a prize? What was the food served back then?? That’s a primo field,wherever it is,wow! I have Roman coins,back in the late 90’s,eBay was a virtual garage sale (car boot sale),and you could find the most insane things,sold by people who had no idea. I have maybe 50 or so Roman coins(purchased,not as fun as a find,but there are no Roman coins here in USA) Purchased super cheap,except my Hadrian one,nice bronze bit. I bring it with me every time I go to UK. Walking Hadrians wall,it brought me perfect weather,and flowering trees and plants the whole way! I cherish this coin,and will have it upon my person this September,in London.

The lead seal is so gorgeous!! We was our favourite of the toys 😍 we’ve been doing a bit of research in the games and have written a little bit about the owl toy game on our website! A bending the dig article 🙌 we still think there’s more to find in here for sure! Have a wonderful trip to London! Always a good idea to keep a lucky coin on you at all times 😂 it’s on our bucket list to walk Hadrians wall!

Keep going back to that field, and this time next year it'll an inch lower at the surface... LOL Had a go at getting the discord going, but the tech is out of my reach. And I used to work in aviation too. Hehehe Lovely collection of varied finds this time. Keeps us all very interested. Any ore lead and you could put a new roof on you local cathedral !!! Well, a lot more lead to be honest. My old ma told me millions of time mot to exaggerate. She also told me of the 3 main people types. Those that can count, and those that cant....😂😂😂 Take care ladies. TTFN.

Is Lucie's accent New Zealand? It's a cool accent either way and those finds are brilliant! Lead toys are such cool things and I reckon that dog head was worn like a pin badge or brooch as I've seen similar in the past. It looks like a Collie to me (the long nosed ones, rather than a border collie). Lots of nice coins there too! I'm genuinely liking your videos ladies, because you get to the point with searching and finding and you both have fab knowledge 👍
