I had a little dip in my supply too. I increased my vitamin C intake because my husband brought home a bug that I didn’t want to get. It increased my supply so much! I researched it a bit trying to figure out what was going on and it turns out vitamin C can increase milk supply. I’m sure you’re bombarded with all of the tips in the world, just thought I’d share ❤

SO glad you're back - hope your break was everything you needed! Re: the Hourglass palette -- none of the powders are "setting" powders. The lighter ones are finishing powders. You sweep them over to blend everything in together and "blur" it all. Then, of course, the blushes, bronzer, & highlight! Hope it works for you as I was very interested in possibly purchasing as well.

For the frozen breast milk: Try mixing half frozen (thawed) and half fresh milk! It should taste like fresh milk to them, this way your frozen milk doesnt go to waste. Put some of your frozen milk into the bath! Great for their skin. Keep them to make popsicles for when he starts teething! Use them to mix with his baby cereal when the time comes-- the flavor of the cereal should definitely coat the taste of it being previously frozen. Hope this helps! Ive worked at a daycare in the infant room for 5 years helping new mommies! :)

Try 2 ozs. Frozen Try thawing out one container of frozen breast milk and mixing in a small amount of this into the fresh breast milk that he likes. If this works for him, you will be able to use this method to supplement several bottles with the frozen milk, alleviating feeling stressed when you aren,'t producing as much. Hope this helps

I know I am so behind, but I am so glad to see you guys again back from the holidays. My reading goal this year is to read at least eight books. I have already read one which was “travels with Charley in search of America“ by John Steinbeck. There were some boring parts of it, but I really enjoyed it overall. Now I am reading “The personal librarian” by Marie Benedict. This one is really good so far! I’m about a third of the way through.

Tell Larry about a book called Killers Of The Flower Moon. Decaprio is actually going to be in the movie this year. But it's about the Osage Murders and the birth of the FBI

I recommend the book and even the movie to go with it called Murder In Coweta County. The movie has Andy Griffith and Johnny Cash in it. Coweta County Georgia is where I live and where I’m from.

I can’t read each comment so sorry if someone already answered. The hourglass dim and soft light are not setting powders, they add luminous light to your face. Use a big fluffy brush and sweep around your face, not under eyes. You can scald any future BM that you plan on freezing and it destroys the extra lipase so it won’t have that soapy smell/taste once thawed.

you can always mix the frozen breast milk with formula. the formula might hide the taste and he will still get the benefits of breast milk. as for the reading challenge I'm hoping to read at least 100 this year. I've read 7 so far. I read mostly fantasy but I've been reading more dark romance/mafia romance lately. I got gift cards for Christmas since I didn't need or want anything at the moment but in a few months I might need or want something

When you tried the frozen milk did you heat it up? I have heard serving cold can help with the high lipase taste that he isn’t liking. You could also scald your milk before freezing to help with the lipase as well.

I took January off social media and listened to several books with audible. I do enjoy reading physical books but audiobooks are much more practical for me 😊

The past 3 weeks have been a whirlwind. Christmas and then right into vacation. Been back for a week and getting back into the groove of things.

You should read Manacled is a fan fiction that is so so good of Draco and Hermione so Harry Potter mixed with The Handmaids Tale.

I use the hourglass setting powder everyday to set my under eye and I love it. I use the real techniques setting brush (not the one you used) and just lightly sweep it under my eye. Also the elf halo glow is a total dupe for the charlotte tilbury product.

Sometimes frozen milk has high lipase! You can get alcohol free vanilla to add to it to fix the taste. Just a drop or 2 in the bottle. This is fine to do once he reaches 6 months old.

Monikafit has a lot of great workouts that you would love. they are all either 10, 15, or 20 minutes long and not too stressful .

Use the L brackets it will help the self with the balance and level it so u can use them without worrying about things falling off
