If this is a 2021/2022 crafter, have you seen that the plastic trim that used to give rust trouble crafters and sprinters are famous for is now stuck onto the outside of the vehicle, rather than being held up purely by the plastic clips that let the water through? Do you think the problem is solved or have you also drilled outlets at the bottom of the walls where there is this new expanding foam blocking the outlets that used to be there?

Is it because the ID buzz is no good for making a campervan from because it is too small and you are looking beyond 2030, when a crafter becomes electric replacing the T6 in your portfolio when it is replaced by the ID buzz by VW ?

Sounds interesting! Do you think it would be possible to do a 4 berth Crafter with 5 travelling seats and a shower?

That’s what I was looking for and bought a Ford Nugget Plus. 5 travel seats, 4 beds, kitchen, toilet, shower and lots of storage. Amazing van, so many features in a long wheel base transit. Top notch Westfalia build quality. So Jerba this is a bit too late for me!

@@richardcope3850 Yeah they’re nice, but just falls a bit short for my ideal, as it’s a pop top and not a proper shower

@@neilmartin3013 True, life is full of compromises. We downsized from a huge motorhome (towing a car) and this is brilliant. The long wheel base gives that extra space as well as a couple of inches wider than a VW so very happy. The transit just fits in our garage and gets us to so many places without any hassles.
