You can't move the location the cart is on, as it's a story asset.

@@giwrgos459 Good call. I felt like something was wrong when Travis suggested it but didn't realize that's what was wrong with it. Like Horror in High Gear, we'll eventually get this one right.

@@PlayingBoardGames 100%, I feel the act flip throws a lot of new stuff to the players and it makes it really hard to parse. Still cool though.

Yeah, I was coming to the comments to point this out, it’s hard to remember every option. I also kept forgetting you can pay resources to slide a location.
