This is completely false. Look at the table of nations in Genesis 10. The Jews come from shem. Noah's son. The Canaanites are from Ham. Noah cursed Canaan because of something that ham did.

@@oshea2300 your table is wrong. The Hebrews came from Shem. We get the word Semite from Shem. Jews come from Esau who technically did come from Shem. But because Esau mixed with Hittites his descendants are no longer considered Hebrews or Shem and are definitely not Israel. Jacob was Israel. You are ignorant. Read the actual bible and forget the diagrams. The word in the bible is Judean not Jew. The word Jew is a mistranslation. Judea was a Roman Province and most of Israel had fled Israel post captivity. Some of Benjamin and Judah were there. But Judea was mostly full of Edomites. Who took it over during the captivity of true Israel. That is who the Jews are. Read the words of Christ you will see.
