My father used to give my mother Hummel figurines on Mother's Day and Anniversary until they got too expensive. She told me once there was a fire at the factory that destroyed the original molds. She said if you find a Hummel with a bee, they're from the original molds. I couldn't find any evidence of the fire, but she would have known. I still have the original Hummels she owned, and I love them.

The ones signed by the master painters are worth more. I am a collector. I have many of the ones you are showing. If you have the boxes it makes them worth more as well.

Please look closely at the Leon Russell records. He was an inspiration to Elton John, who was once his opening act. Also, he recorded western music as Hank Wilson. Some of those are impossible to find today.

Ok guys....just only a few words straight from Germany ☀️☀️ the hummel stuff is very rare. Because the old people are dying and the young people don't want to have those kind of stuff. This is why you not finds this stuff very often. Only in old houses in the south of germany. The label Villeroy & Boch is more popular even by younger people. But i still like watching your videos. Crazy to see that you have a lot stuff from Germany. And the funny fact is that we are looking for American stuff because is so much cooler 😎😎😎😎 than ours 😅😅😅 keep going. We want to see more more more

I worked in a jewelry store in the 50s and we carried Hummels and they were already worldwide known.

You know you can get packing like the Hummel’s have, buy one of those cheap cushion for a bed. They sale them with the spikes.

The original location of the Goebel Collectors’ Club was in my town in NY. (1977 - 1989). There was an 8 foot statue of The Merry Wanderer on the front lawn. We were sorry to see him go when the club moved locations.

Beautiful Hummel/Goebel finds in this locker, Jack! A German lady worked for me when I managed a women's clothing store, her name was Irmgard and she collected Hummel figurines. Trying to catch up on your videos now...the albums look wonderful! Also, digging the Baby Yoda/Grogu shirt...I am obsessed with him, haha! i still remember seeing the old original Hummel's in a ladies house i visited. They were kept in a glass case and she was really protective of them No idea what they cost back then, like fifty years or ore ago, but for the time probably a lot. At that time my husband was a carpenter and made four dollars an hour, for perspective.

Congrats Jack and Janna on another amazing locker! I've never been a big Hummel fan but they were figurines that my mother and grandmother would drool over! Also, I'm sorry I missed Jana's pop up auction, PayPal decided that since I paid you six seperate times last Monday for items that I won, they put a hold on my account for " suspicious" activity! 😐 So very frustrating when the only time I ever use PayPal is for your auctions and then that happens!
