Wonderful hymns, takes me back to childhood when these hymns were sung every week, we didn't know what modern hymns were. The gospel was simple and these hymns spoke it. I'm age 55 now 🙂🌈

The configuraton of the Whitewell tabernacle santuary is very similiar to that of Aimee Simple McPherson's Angelus Temple as it existed in the 20's and 30's in Los Angeles. Not only this, but the spirit and style of the music would have fit very nicely into her services. Sad to say, Aimee's church is now a showcase for rock music and no discernable Christian character.
Christians can not truly sing this as we are bound for glory - it will be literally true of the nation of Israel who forever will be God's earthly people.
