Kacey, I totally understand not wanting to leave where you live because of the memories made there. But the best thing about memories is that you can take them with you where ever you go.
You will make new happy memories at your new place. You can pick a place in your new appartment and make a little Pup memorial wall pictures or hang items that remind you of her. She will always be a part of you no matter where you go. ❤❤
Pup will always be with you and your family, looking over you all, making sure you're all looking after one another and having a happy life. I do feel badly that the new apt search has not been the best of experiences for you but consider it a stepping stone forwards to bigger and brighter things ahead. Sending you lots of encouragement, support and positivity to you as we all realize how emotional this move will be...but we all know Pup would approve because you're doing what's best for you&Josh, and she would not want you to be sad. Head up, moving forward...
Going to guess apt #2 based on your commentary and the videos you had shown. I lost my brother right before you lost your sister so I was on that wavelength with you. We take our memories with us and your sister is watching over you. Blessings to you and Josh and all the best in your new place.
Went through this, this summer, my grandma couldn’t come to our new house..she will never visit us here. It feels like you are losing them all over again. Hang in there and I’ll be praying for comfort and peace with this new home. It does get better but it’s a slow process in the new place. ❤
My precious son passed away suddenly from two undiagnosed medical conditions, on June 9th this year. Because he's buried in this small town where I live, I'll never leave, move away. I miss him forever. At least your new home will be where Pup was, though not in the same residence. Memories come with us 🙏.

I don't blame you for not wanting to leave where Pup visited you. I still cry when I watch her videos. Her graduation photo was beautiful and so was she from what i saw in your blogs. The housing market is ridiculous here too. I never would have in my wildest dreams that the littlest most Ghetto apartments here in Georgia would go up to over a thousand dollars a month. It take two working plus overtime to rent a place where you won't get your head shot off.
I think I cried a little when you mentioned your sister visiting for the last time. Moving is tough! 😢 Anyone else been through a move that hit them harder than expected?
Its the same in Europe getting a Flat or a house is not easy unless you have enough funds to help out Cost of living has just gone through the Roof🫣. Hope the move Goes well🙏🤞 kacey your doing ok 🫶 take care 🥰

Change is always hard especially when you have an emotional attachment to your current place. Just know that once you get settled into your new place you will find peace. I have been through a similar situation and felt that I couldn’t move forward but once i did it was like a weight was lifted off of me. Your content has helped me get through some of the toughest times in my life because you always seem so positive. Not to mention the crazy adventures with your parents, Sydney, or Pup can make us all laugh 😂. With that said no matter where you end up you don’t have to be sad because Pup is always with you. Thank you for sharing with us and I’m praying for you guys. Can’t wait for the update!

It’s hard to leave a home where there are so many memories it’s another type of grief even though your new place will be very nice with more space and more memories that will come…God will be with you every step of the way providing you with everything you need 🙏Not certain which one you picked I’m guessing one with a laundry room!
I hear you, I hope you are able to take a video for yourselves to have of your apartment, so that you can go back and look at it to better remember the space and the time you spent there with Pup. Moving is hard on its own, but this one will be harder emotionally, thinking of you both.
As soon as I read the title my first thoughts were about Pup in that apartment... like when she came to visit you for Christmas and when she got COVID ... 😭

The hate isn’t that the actual movie is bad but just about how the cast has been promoting it minus Justin. As someone who knows Justin personally it sucks to see how the creation process of the film went south. It’s great to still go see it cos he did put so much into it!
apartment 2 would be perfect if you can afford it, plenty of room. Kacey, Pup is by your side, shes on your flights, she is shopping with you at trader joes, she was at the movie with you and Sid, she is everywhere with you, only you cant see her.
I used to go to movies all the time but I can't stand theaters now. There are too many commercials - like 20 minutes - and they are not just selling products. Movie showtimes get in the way of a good weekend day of activities or errands. My town hasn't added the better seats and the reserved seating at the multiplex.
I remember your last place and when you moved into this one. You love this complex can you not get a two bedroom there? Yes it will be sad to move, but you'll hold all the memories in pup your heart. Good Luck with the move.
I think you picked apt 5, some of those you looked at I think are the ones I checked out in Frisco 3 years ago. I ended up north about an hour from dfw. Good luck.
To be fair, the Trader Joe's acai is unsweetened. I blended in with other fruits in a smoothie. Strangely never thought of making acai bowls with them. To me nothing beats the one's in Hawaii from my fav places.
We all have to sneak is sodas. The last time we went to the movies it was almost 20 dollars for 4 tiny cokes and 4 very small popcorns. When we left we had to get something to drink. Those expensive movie drinks were not enough even after the ice melted.

I have a great recipe for you if you like meatballs. Salisbury meatballs cooked in the crockpot. Add mushrooms, an onion & Au jus & cook on low. Meatballs are very tender. So good & so easy! ! I may never eat meatballs with marinara sauce again! They are that good!

It is so hot and humid here. I can't wear my rings because when the weather is this hot in the south my fingers swell to the point I have to soap up my hands to get my rings off. I'm afraid they will cut off my circulation or I might have to have them cut off. Somebody suggested it was sodium but when I cut back on sodium, I had a dizzy spell that landed me at the hospital and the doctor told me I needed salt.
