A little over a year ago, my wife Nou and I sat down and took a look at our lives and where we hope to be in the years to come. We took a lot into consideration, had many conversations and at the end of it all, we decided that we needed to make some changes. One of those changes would involve us moving out of Michigan after spending the majority of our lives here.
So, as of January 2023, our family will be packing our bags and moving to Oahu Hawaii.
Why? For how long? What about your family? What are you going to do with the house you just bought in Michigan? Are you concerned about the education system in Hawaii? What will you do for work? We received a ton of questions when we announced our move to our family and close friends.
All very legitimate questions and concerns, that we ourselves put a lot of though into and although we'd love to tell you that we have it all figure out, the honest truth is that we don't! We did have to make a few arrangements and line a few things up to make the move happen, but there will definitely be some unknowns and challenges.
We invite you to come with us on this journey. We will be postings videos on this channel and taking you guys along for the entire process. Everything from shipping our car to the island, registering the kids in school, finding a place to live and simply what life is like in Hawaii.
