AC doesn't refer to treatment. It means one side (A) is finished, the other side (C) is rough. There are several kinds of treatment, but in general, there is untreated, treated, and ground contact treated. At least, this is true in the Pacific Northwest.

@@alastairdallas ahh so you need the whole thing? They are ac2 pressure treated above ground contact. So I’m guessing in grounds just more chemicals?

Find a 2016 or older Honda CR-V. The K24 engine is one of the best engines Honda ever build and with proper care will go 500,000 miles. I got the wife a CR-V EXL AWD and she just loves it. Very practical, carries a LOT of cargo and gets fantastic fuel economy. New cars are junk and they spy on you plus have government mandated shut off switch. House is coming along nicely.

@@wrfarms9741o I know. I was just looking at marketplace and saw the Civic Si. I had a 99 back in high school. Figured 6k was cheap, it’d run forever and gas would be awesome!! I can always get bigger stuff in Erin’s SUV if we need to. I bet we could add a towing hitch to hers also.

Ever think of selling the Camaro? You can use that money to finish the house and then after that you can get another race car.

@@usdpaulp yes and not yet. It’s no longer made so the values have not dropped. The longer I keep it the more I’ll make when I sell. The interest is almost zero cause it was bought before the economy took a major shit so it’s like a small savings account at the moment. If I sold now I’d have to replace it with something cheaper but paying 8% interest is bullshit with a 800 credit score!! And by that I mean a daily driver. So we’ll see what happens. If I hold out 1 more year it’ll pay for the septic in full.

You keep on prioritising those pay cheques; nowadays that is the number one priority. Please just occaisionally keep us informed (on RU-vid - as bad as it is - and/or X as I won't touch Instagram, Facebook etc.). Hang on in there - for as long as it takes. Any update on that potential industrial development near you? Re. (much) earlier statements about "Americans" and guns; I have now come to appreciate the potential importance of your constitutional amendment!

@@chrisshattock9916 I should do a X account but haven’t navigated it much haha. The complex keeps growing but I think it’s hilarious Intel had to lay off 15,000 people. Guess them buying farm houses for 2-20 million was a bad call. I know we need chips in the future but I just hate them and how they went about doing it!

@@neckofthewoods24 I did suggest they would get the "government money" but wouldn't complete. A lot of things need to change before that. Hope it has not affected your property rights/value - although it may, eventually.

it has. everyones property value has gone up like 20-30%. its gonna push them all out and even if out house is paid off it'll be insane here when we dont have any police, fire, street stuff. just downright insane!

@@neckofthewoods24 Yeah; here in the Spanish Costa del Scum with the "urbanisations", you're generally going to need a car (no public transport) just to get a pint of milk or a packet of fags. It's bad enough just trying to find a bar in most urbanisations. Also you have to contract private security becuase police "can't be bothered" etc. etc. If I could I'd just bugger off into the woods in a civilised country and become a self-reliant, off-grid hermit living in a log shack.
