11:24 having worked in the service industry for 16 years now, I can confidently confirm people (not just sims) will order coffee on the HOTTEST of days, even when seated outside, it baffles me too. When I worked hospitality at a ballpark in the middle of summer, people complained that we didn't offer coffee. "Ma'am, it is 1,000 degrees out, why do you WANT coffee??"

It's NEVER too hot for coffee! I drink 14 cups (2 pots a day) year round, even if it's 100°F+ outside.
