If that show doesn't move game pass subscriptions, I don't know what will. Helluva show, and it didn't even include all the games coming in the next 2-3 years. When Xbox doesn't need to rely on Halo and Forza, you know they're doing something right. 10/10.

Games media will utterly destroy any good feeling the showcase left. They HATE xbox with a passion and want to see the entire platform die. Uneducated gamers are easily influenced by these hack 'journalists'.

Xbox have a pretty poor public perception. Especially outside the US. I think they still need accumulation of successfully delivering the kind of games from the show, for multiple years in a row for public perception to drastically change. Those games could still launch poorly and they'd be no further forward.

It was fun but many games got Sweet Baby Inc treatment. You can spot many females has more gender neutral features and over representation in general. Also Black females has often generic design.

A great showcase, I still think that Xbox has a gap that needs to be filled. They don't have a decent 3D platformer in the works. There a loads of gamers like me that would love to see Banjo or Conker make a return (especially now that PS5 has a new Astro bot coming). That's the one genre Xbox needs to think about I think.

Some of these content creators said Xbox was dead before Xbox had even released one game from the studios they acquired. Clicks and views are all they care about. The truth/facts are secondary. Really makes me not want to watch another rumor vid from these people. Turns out, they know just as much as me.

To be fair, non of these games have released yet (or have release dates). Alot of them could still be delayed or be dissapointing (or both). Shutting down the studio (Tango) 1 year after they released the best game Xbox had in a long time (Hi-Fi Rush) that was a critical succes, shadow dropped with no marketing and Xbox said it was a financial succes, while complaining they need more smaller budget games with critical succes was unforgivable and it was their only Japanese studio while they have been saying for a long time they wanted to get bigger in Japan. They could have sold the studio. They disided to shut it down. There are no words for how big of a failyer that is from the management of Xbox.

So do Xbox find another studio head and spin up a huge financial risk....or just let the studio go now it's creative lead has gone? Considering the current state of the gaming industry going through an industry wide contraction..... They went sensible.

The games I am looking forward to are... • Assassin's Creed: Shadows • Fable • South of Midnight • Wuchang: Fallen Feathers • Flintlock: The Seige of Dawn • Gears of War: E-Day • Metal Gear Solid 🔺️: Snake Eater • Mecha Break • State of Decay 3 • Dragon Age: The Veilguard They showed 30 games and *10 of them* were for me!! I have expected 2 games I would be excited about and 5 games I would say "I will definitely play that". 30 minutes in the showcase I already hit that mark and more kept coming. I'm very happy people at Xbox, Bethesda and ABK made this much stuff I like. Great job guys. You can all exhale now. 10/10 for as the show far outdone my expectations

Playstation fans will flex about paying $70 a pop for games that 75% of the time come to their platform well after their original release on Xbox and PC as a part of Game Pass, meanwhile that $70 their paying is just free $ for Xbox to continue releasing day 1 for their Game Pass subs.

Starfield is great and deserves more love. A lot of the complaints I heard were about "missing" mechanics that were actually in the game and just not explained, or were just straight up wrong ("theres nothing to do" is a prime example).

Insane show, I was expecting a 7-8/10 show and got a 11/10! The Gears prequel was a very pleasant surprise, amazing trailer. Strong showing of Fable, Avowed, South of Midnight, SoT3 and Shattered Space DLC.

The only downsides of this showcase for me was a lack of solid release dates for a lot of the games shown and no Xbox handheld, but while some of the stuff like Expedition 33 didn't personally interest me they still looked great and was still a really great showcase.

Mixtape is an 80s nostalgia thing, like Stranger Things is for Netflix. Not normally interested in the type of game it is, but the 80s hook might grab me.

According to Miranda on IGN live after talking to The Coalition she believes that Gears of War 6 is the next Mainline Gears and E-Day is a Spinoff Prequel which I hope is true I love Kait Diaz character she felt really earned as a protagonist after playing as JD and having her as support in GOW4 so great to hear her story continues
