What a difference..... You can do the clean up so well. This is such a nice neighborhood looks like some of them could have got together one Saturday out of their life and cleaned this place up. But you did it and Very GOOD Job indeed. Wear your mask so you want have sinus problems later in life like I do because I did not wear one while I had all the dust flying while I worked in the yard. I hope Santa is Very Good to you because he has been watching and knows what good things you do and how caring you are for the poor forgotten yards. Your videos are hard to watch sometimes. Your camera sways and swoops and swings around property giving me motion sickness. You do a really good job but I can only watch bits and pieces of it. Please make your camera stationary

whew, that was a rough one !!! But what a blessing to the neighborhood to have this cleaned up. So sad to see these homes just sit vacant and just go to rot...wonder why these owners (banks included) don't check out these government subsidized rentals for low income people...my son does this here in Texas and is presently renting to a lady with 3 small children and we are all so happy with the situation...a neat little house on a dead end street and with a fenced in back yard for the kids !!! They are delighted and so are we. Just sayin', but it's just so painful to me to see these houses go to waste.

The driveway was grown over and hard to uncover but looks good now. Nature is going to take over the house soon, Don't understand why they don't sell the house before it gets in such bad shape,. You made the neighborhood look better.

My advice would to take the front bushes down to the window sill height. This makes it visible to neighbors and law enforcement if there are trespassers etc

Your county tax auditor will have all the info that you need on who owns this house . The foundation looks bad but it might still have good enough bones for a rehab if you can get it for the right price !
