The Blood Waters are the boundaries. You can keep going as far as you can last, but you can also just, you know, TURN AROUND! The water does damage very slowly, and only starts damaging once the ocean is full red, so it's possible to avoid it entirely if you spin around as soon as you see it. There are also supposed to be severely scarred sharks with harpoons sticking out of them that will attack you, but they are rare. Avoid the Blood Ocean at all costs... Unless you're feeling reckless, cause that would make for an epic battle.

So it's like the Dead Zone in Subnautic where you wander too far into that zone, three adult Ghost Leviathans will chase you. Except in Sea of Thieves, you stay in the Blood Waters too long and eventually your boat will sink.

Daniel Lei It would be dope if some kind of sea monster attacked you when out there. I’ve heard that at these red seas you can find special sharks but their extremely rare. I’ve also heard that they’re gonna add the kraken and use these red seas as a type of ocean biome you can come across. Idk bro but I might buy this game tbh. Thanks

It´s really not. The first 2 hours is probably the best but then you realize how empty the game is. It lacks too much content. I´m not actually a hater of this game......... okay I am BUTT! I wanted this game to succed! I wanted it to be AWESOME! But it failed, now the art style and obviously the graphics are beautiful! The sea looks so so so SO DAMN GOOD! But again the lack of content is not wurth 60$
