Adam, use a metal foldable veggie strainer to put in your frying pan when you cook pizza so it doesn't burn on the bottom. And try to cook only thin crust. Best way to cook pizza is in the ridge. Cut it into quarters and put one on top of each other calzone style. Cook on a really, really low heat and keep flipping the ridge over. Tastes better than in the oven at home.

Aberystwyth is such a brilliant place. The Bwlch Nant yr Arian Visitor Centre, near Aberystwyth on the A44 going out of Abber has some cracking views and is a Red Kite feeding station. Lots of walks and cycle tracks. You can't stay overnight but some very large laybys just outside the entrance.

To make a makeshift oven, place a cake cooling rack in the skillet, then place a cake pan on top of the cooling rack then put your food in the cake pan and place the skillet lid (or aluminum foil) on top. Instant oven. It's wonderful to see you with your son.

Truly amazing mate . Just to give you the heads up on cooking the pizza in the frying pan I do it all the time . Wrap it up with tinfoil 2 layers on the base . And put on a medium heat . For about 25-30 min . Tinfoil acts like an oven . It will surprise you how it turns out. 👍

Fantastic episode mate 👍you didn't disappoint. Still knew every road 😂. As Aberystwyth is the end of the train track alot of people have come to visit and never left as they love the beauty of Aber and the country side is amazing. You need to come and see Ynyslas mate, you'll not be disappointed it was on Hinterland. And it's really sandy not like Aber beach 😂. The walks around Hafod estate are amazing too mate. Plus if you want you can do a Borth to Aberystwyth Cliff walk views are amazing too. Although it a bit hard going, well worth it though. You could park at Clarach and walk to Constitution Hill on the cliff walk abit easyer. In Borth here on our beach we have a sunkan forest, on stumps are visible on low tide and quite amazing to see. Maybe next time. Best wishes mate
Managed to get to ynyslas in the next episode beautiful area and so cool can park on the beachish bit there, had a good walk round really liked it, borth sounds great though will have to check that one out 😀

@ 05:40 I remember a machine in my local boozer that had some sort of holograph of a woman in it . Hard to describe. I think back in the early nineties. It was only there for a couple of weeks and I've never seen anything like it since then. It was very ahead of it's time imho.
