how adorable and excited were those men to show off their culture and drinks! I am totally going to take this same tour. They are just so genuine and passionate!
That ginger and honey rum sounded and looked really good. So glad you were able to get the drone in without any trouble. The shots at the end were great and we can't wait to see more. Great vid! Thomas
The hospitality from other countries is so beautiful. The world is so breathtaking. I love seeing how things are made in other places besides a factory.
We just returned from Otorongo Lodge. I saw it on your channel and thought it would be an adventure. We LOVED it! Thanks for traveling and giving me the inspiration!
I truly feel the universe speaks in mysterious ways..I first picked you up on your Capetown adventure as that is where my husband and I are traveling in September..then you went to Mauritius which is also already in our plans...now you are actually in the Amazon rainforest where my daughter is studying at the moment...I love all of your adventures and now feel I was brought to subscribing to your vlogs by a higher power - universal connection - love you guys. If you ever make it to the Okanagan Valley in British Columbia, you already have accommodation. What a fantastic way to start your married life, let the journeys continue
It's thanks to you and your videos that my partner has finally come around to the idea of travelling for a year with me. Won't be for another couple of years coz we're getting married but once we have saved enough money again, we are going! Thanks guys, please keep being our inspiration
Well done guys. This is a great vid. I have travelled the world a lot but as much as you guys. I have always spent much longer in each place than you but I am amazed the way you do it and you seem to have ball all the time. I am now 70 so its getting a little bit harder. I did the Everest base camp trek at 60 yrs and many wild life treks in India on Tiger safaris. Also tenting in in Africa as well as so many other countries around the world. I am from Australia and I have travelled our beautiful country extensively. Love it all and I love seeing young people like you getting out there and killing it and not sitting in a room playing computer games. I wish I knew all you tricks when I was younger. Cheers.
This place looks beautiful. I'm sure your video will bring him business. I want to go after this first day just getting there. You guys are my inspiration. We went to Bali about a month ago. Great! Just booked tickets for the end of May for Da Nang and Hoi An. Rewatching your posts there! Can't wait. Prayers and hugs to you😘
super excited watching this because this is my grandfathers home town and i've only been to lima and cusco so it was amazing being able to see where he grew up, love y'all!
We are heading to South America in 3 days and this series of vlogs have been invaluable! What was your favourite place you visited in South America? Any must do's while we are there? Any advice would be amazing. Just so you know, you both spurred us on to start travel vlogging ourselves driving across America.
It is sad. God created so many wonders for us and man has taken most of it for granted. Thank you Kara and Nate for showing us the countries in the appreciative way you do. I am going back over many of my favorite videos. I pick up on new things in the videos almost every time I watch them again. Absolutely love y’all.
You guys are so adorable couple to envy. Since I lost my love of life and my "used to be Better Half", seeing you, I just wish that only if I had one more chance to be with her, I would saviour it to have life enjoyed so much like once we used to the way you do... Keep up the loveliness guys...
Melaza y aguardiente. En Colombia se hace con la caña de azucar y también de la caña se hace la famosa "Panela" que muchos colombianos usamos en el desayuno de la mañana. Hermoso el Amazonas. ¡Gracias! Kara y Nate.
Hey guys, been watching your videos for a while now. thought I'd finally comment on one of your videos. Mind you I've seen quite a few beyond this one. Just trying to catch up. You've got me hooked on your adventures. Love watching you guys on your journey. It is an adventure just following along. Thanks again, look forward to your next adventure.
I love the way you guys make your videos it really makes me feel like I'm almost there with you guys! I'm on a binge watching your videos and just wanted to say how awesome they are :) sending love from a small city in Massachusetts ❤
okay so, this was the first video of yours that I see and tbh, I LOVE YOU GUYS♥, I mean, just like that, immediatly! Kara's attitude is so sweet!! You guys are great and funny! Thanks for visiting my country!! :))
Most probably you will not see my comment. But let me till you that your vlog makes me happy and whenever I feel stressed I watching your Vlogs which makes me relaxed. Who agree with me
Heyheyhey! This is the second of your vids where I've known where you are! Been there. We did a 14 day jungle trek out of Iquitos and went to Lima first (there was an earthquake while we were there!!!). We had a blast. Hope you did too. X
I am 10 years old and I am from hungary 🇭🇺 Last summer we went to Brazil to the rain forest Amazon and slept there 4 nights whitout a house it was a great experience I hope you liked it❤️
Watching this during the pandemic. So weird to see people without masks indoors and anywhere. Maybe things have changed forever. This video makes me really want to travel again. In fact I ll continue traveling with masks for sure. Even after the majority will have gotten the vaccine. The amount of times I had gotten sick on vacation ... far too often!
I've been to quitos airport. I have been subscribed since you guys were in the Philippines. I enjoy watching your videos and I always learn something from watching them. Keep traveling!
Ok fun fact i live on a 200 hectares of sugar cane in Australia. Here in australia farmers usually just call it cane and other people call it either sugar cane or cane and to be honest its 1 of the best things in the world to be able to have so much land and so much cane
Thats awesome to know! ill be buying the Mavic to take on our European honeymoon in 4 months, can't wait to add the amazing portable drone to our gear, you guys keep it up! id love to see you guys do a review on what its like to travel with and use this drone, pros cons.
Loved this video! Where can I find the website for the place you guys stayed at on this video? I’m looking for recommendations for places to stay in Iquitos
I stood in customs in Lima and watched a guy with drones AND official paperwork still get the runaround from the customs people who were trying to charge him 1,000 soles (roughly $300). He argued forever that he wasn't going to pay... I think he finally got through. I wasn't so lucky. Had to pay out the ass for a bunch of stuff I was trying to smuggle in.
I noticed that there is mosquito netting on your bed. How is the mosquito problem in the Amazon? Or is there a problem? Here in FL it's bad. Our neighborhood gets sprayed twice a week and we have things called "no seeums". Literally so small you can't see them, hence the name. They are like Chiggers and they are just awful. My youngest son and I are very susceptible to them, my wife and older son not! Very jealous of them on that count!😎
I've been to a lodge in the Iquitos region and in Manaus, Brazil. The mosquitos are a lot less worse than they are in the northeast of the US in the summer.
I noticed you can save hundreds per ticket if you fly from DFW to lima and then lima to iquitos rather than dfw straight to iquitos.is that the reason yall did this? Lol
Cool thing about the Peruvian jungle... if you go far out into a remote area for 2 years and work on it. And no one comes to stop you. the government will give you that land for free. its pretty cool
