They key is on left because those truck had manual chokes on all or most engines at the begging of the run. My 69 F100 is a 360 with a manual choke. Cold starts are left hand on the key, right hand on the choke with right foot on the gas.
We've rescued and mostly fostered dogs off and on for years. Finding a good next home or forever home for each was the primary goal. Same with this camper and for "saving" most cars and trucks!
What kind of money did it bring? Been looking for similar but people have lost their dang minds and must think there is gold under the mattress or sumthin
Hey, what was that trick you did to get your clutch freed? Does anyone else know what Solomon was doing to free the clutch? Same thing is wrong with mine.
I just popped the clutch it was stuck. When the truck is off stick in 1st gear then turn it on with no clutch engaged the truck will start to move. Then hit the clutch and turn off the truck. Now stick it on reverse and do the same thing that is what fixed it for me
Efrain might want to do what Craig is doing on the former Soddy-Daisy bumpside crew. Upgrade the fuel system to the Holley Sniper system. Like @jessejames1395, I'd pull the camper and reinstall a bed. I'd be tempted to leave it as a 4x2 truck, tho. Convert the camper into a trailer, paint it to match the bumpside crew that he's building with the Godzilla, then tow it with that.
hey man. . . i have an 86 F150 4x4 short bed . . . i'm old, slow and stoned because i'm broken and busted often accompanies that . . .i need to hook up with someone on some mods and shit i wanna do to the truck. . .it has no drive train in it (it's sitting on a bench) as i try to collect the pennies to get it rebuilt and done. . .find me! :)
