YES!!! the video i waited for , i remember commenting this under one of your earlier videos.. the atlanteans and cap and black panther same power set , the meteor from wakanda , the serum and the heart shaped herb , however the serum is blue and the tesseract which was stored by the U.S. and used for another certain Captain's power set , is the same color ... and makes the arc reactor ... my theory is all the avengers original team is tesseract powered.. that the stone made those things possible.. and possibly knew it needed to be protected and caused the powers to chose avatars . so the infinity stones share a synergy and energy and cause enhanced individuals powered by the stones and derivatives to have similar power levels.

I've thought for a while that the Super Soldier Serum might be a synthetic version of the Heart-shaped Herb drink. If I took the serum, I'd want my muscles to "deform" into looking like Captain America!

idk, it sounds good, but it's assuming too much. There's nothing in the MCU to suggest that the Power Stone turns rubble into vibranium. And Howard Stark didn't have unlimited time to do everything that he wanted to. When you're creating all of this new technology, you probably don't have enough time to take a holiday Willy Wonka style in an uncharted jungle in Africa. Maybe someone from Wakanda did send the US government a gift of Vibranium, and maybe the radiation from the vibranium helped them create the serum.

Ive always said that the serum and heart shapped herb were similar in terms of the power it gives the user but the herb seems to be a bit better because it also increases the users' senses

first of all the serum doesn't deform the muscles if anything they got a significant muscular upgrade and second of all, it was clear to everyone that black panther was a bit faster than steve when they both ran ahead of the wakandan army.

Personally both the super soldier serum and hart herb does the same thing it enhances the person physical abilities . So that means black panther should be slightly stronger and faster than Captain America

Wrong. The their abilities are so similar because the supersoldier formula is a synthesized version of the Heart-Shaped Herb extract. IE:.... Their creators of the supersoldier serum essentially did the same thing Shuri when she recreated the essence of the Heart-Shaped Herb to become the new Black Panther.

while we can assume that black panther's power may come from the power stone, the serum was made from the space stone meaning that captain america shouldve had a edge over black panther if a leaf was used in the serum

Could be true. The fact that Black Panther is wearing his vibramium.suit but they do seem very similar in strength & speed in those scenerios so could make sense. All the Super Soldier serum & heart shaped herb fueled characters showed relative feats in the MCU and all seem to scale as roughly "slightly less powerful" as Winter Soldiers metal arm but it does seem the viitarays & erskine serum "etnhanced muscle mass" gave Steve Rogers a slight advantage from the lbm over other variations.
