We Spent Our 3rd Anniversary at Morimoto Asia, Universal Studios Orlando, & the Mardi Gras Parade

In today’s video, we enjoy a fun day celebrating our anniversary! We start off by heading to Disney Springs to eat at Morimoto Asia for lunch. Then, we head to Universal Studios Orlando and revisit the spot we got married at. Then, we get a butterbeer (of course) before throwing beads in the Mardi Gras parade! Spoiler alert: Universal let us be the King & Queen of the parade! We had an amazing day celebrating our anniversary together, and we hope you all enjoyed tagging along!

Happy Anniversary! OMG we LOVED watching Iron Chef!! Funny Fan-geek moment...once we were walking down Park Ave in NYC and who came strolling along...the IRON CHEFs in full costume!! Our mouths dropped open we were so star struck & it took everything not to follow them. LOL. So visiting Morimoto Asia became a bucket list item for us as well, and when we finally arrived we told the matre d' our story and after dinner he returned with a SIGNED MENU!!! Talk about your Disney Magic! Such an amazing experience! Glad you enjoyed. 🤩

You guys were talking about how loud it is at Universal, and something my wife has discovered (she is autistic with auditory sensitivities), loop plugs are fantastic for lowering the sound levels while in the park, while remaining open enough for you to hear conversations happening closer to you. Idk how they work, but I am convinced they are magic. Anyways loved the video as always. It was really cute, and I'm glad you guys had a good anniversary.

That was so great! The boys are such a mess and I love it! The food looked SOO good and though it wasn't a perfect day, both your personalities SHINE of just rolling with it. The hot bowl dish that you tried at Morimoto is a version of Bibimbap (bib-im-bap), more specifically Dolsot Bibimbap. “Dolsot” refers to the bowl, as “Dol” means Stone in Korean and “Sot” is cauldron/pot. “Bibim” refers to the act of mixing, and “Bap” means rice in Korean. Put it all together and you get “Stone Bowl Mixed Rice essentially. It’s a popular dish at Korean restaurants. Looked delicious!
