Girls with the right person at the right time you can have your teenage dream. I started dating at 27 and got to experience exactly that. I'd say deffo cast your net wide in terms of dating in the UK, you may have to travel if you're not in a major city and remember guys are just people too, if they don't treat you right keep it stepping. Use your experience with people in general to make up for what you feel you may be lacking in the dating world. You've got this!!

You can definitely test what your love language is without being in a romantic relationship. Think about the ways you respond to your loved ones and friends. I started dating in my mid twenties and knew my love languages beforehand and have a sense of who I am. That self knowledge shouldn’t change so much when you find a romantic partner and cultivate a healthy relationship. But it should enhance it. I definitely felt weird about dating later in life, but like you said it’s normal and more young people are being honest about it and discussing.
