You're probably right. I think we ended up will small and largemouth.

Make sure the kids use hand sanitizer after touching frogs and turtles because salmonella lives on them. Don’t hold a turtle any direction except flat and right side up for very long because to is hard on their lungs. The turtles will need a resting place in the middle of the pond. Too bad you didn’t get native pacific pond turtles. It is legal to get two of them without a permit last I checked. Contact a local Herpetologist club. Are you feeding with Purina fish chow? Turtles will eat that too.

For sure, I don't think we are really going to be doing too much fishing. Mostly just for fun, or for the little ones.
