We Straight Piped a 2007 Mercedes S 550 5.5L V8! 

Sounds great… but the paint and the front body panels need some loving.

This Mercedes sounds really nice, but I have to be honest here. The better investment would have been to fix the body panels and get that machine a wax and or wash first.

That car looks like it is as reliable as a girlfriend who tells you that "dont worry about him hes just a friend"

Man that poor car needs some love. Flickering headlight, broken bumpers (tried to make it like 2011+ style.). Missing headlight washer, telephone error, TPMS error. I have the same car in black with the same exhaust setup. I thought I was the only one who did the x-pipe and muffler and resonator deletes with the AMG tips. I also have an OE Tuning 91 octane performance tune with crackle on mine. It pops a little bit when you get on it and let off but with normal driving it doesn't do it. With the windows up and normal driving you can barely tell the car has any exhaust work because these cars are super insulated and have double pane windows.

For everybody leaving negative comments about fix the car. It’s a auction or project soon to be fixed. Stop criticizing what someone drives all the dam time. It’s hard times already with high food and gas. Let the man enjoy his car gosh…. Send him some cash app money if you wanna see the car fixed then 🫡

Man that thing is FUCKED UP im the original owner of a 08 CL550 white w amg app package it looks like it rolled out of the showroom it freaks people out how flawless it is…i get millions of compliments way more then my s550 coupe…you need to have pride and love for these high end benz and they will drive like the day it was built i hate seeing ones like that

The Mercedes 5.5 is a good motor in general,i prefer the 5.5l bi turbo starting from like 2012 or 2013 over the newer 4.0l Hot Vee biturbo they use these days which is now being phased out for a 4 cylinder turbo with electric motors.

That car is clapped. Sounds good though, but I would have changed out the exhaust tips as well.

This is the closest sound to a straight pipe 2008 C63 AMG that I've ever heard, but I still think the C63 sounds better

Sounds decent. I would have done headders and a full exhaust. The m273 is a pretty decent engine with a opening it up and a tune. I'm with most people and saying take care of the cosmetics. I would have done that first before playing with the exhaust. At least it is easy and somewhat affordable to obtain a front bumper for the w221s. I have a c216 CL600 and I hate the AMG front bumper. I am waiting on a prior design front bumper.
