its so cool to see danny out here in the trenches again

So refreshing to see someone in the industry as long young O'Dwyer still have that excitement for new games and in particular E3 (or E3ish season?) and not be afraid to show it. Theres so much negativity and cynicism all the time in games now, a game announcement getting the heart racing is still a wonderful thing. Loved E3 when reading about it in CVG and Mean machines as a kid, and love it now.

I'm coming into just about all of these "showcases" expecting nothing so I can be pleasantly surprised. I just wish I could keep track of all these indies and new developers/publishers.

I could be wrong but I took the Death Stranding thing as Kojima saying that he isn't working on Metal Gear like games for a while and that he is putting that part of his life back on the shelf. Again, I could be wrong but that is how I took it.

I'm gonna make a game some time in the next ten years called "World Premiere" and watch Geoff's show implode.

Tiny tina's dlc I think might be the best of the borderlands stuff. But I get people not liking the character.

When does next gen become current gen? Is saying last gen considered degrading or something?

I loved the Tiny Tina D&D DLC for BL2 so I'm exciting for Wonderlands, not going to lie.

Not so sure about announcing a new developer, but not having anything to show. Like... who cares? There are LOTS of developers. I don't care until we have something to actually look at. Kindof a waste of time, imo.
