RECIPE AND INGREDIENTS:
3 potatoes.
Olive oil.
Salt.
150 g cheese.
1 carrot.
Dill.
1 clove of garlic.
Salt.
1 tablespoon mayonnaise.
2 small tomatoes.
Green onions.
1 avocado.
1 egg.
Olive oil.
Salt.
Black pepper.
Ham.
1 tablespoon cream cheese.
1. Cut 3 potatoes into rings and place on a baking sheet as in our video.
2. Grease the potatoes with olive oil and salt.
3. Finely grate 150 g of cheese on top and bake at 200 ° C for 20 minutes.
4. Coarsely grate 1 carrot and put in a bowl.
5. Finely chop the dill and put it to the carrots.
6. Grate 1 clove of garlic and salt.
7. Add 1 tablespoon mayonnaise, mix well and set aside.
8. Cut 2 small tomatoes into rings and put in a bowl.
9. Finely chop the green onions, put in a bowl with the tomatoes and set aside.
10. Peel 1 avocado, mash it with a fork on a plate and set aside.
11. Fry 1 egg in olive oil, add salt and pepper.
12. Remove the potatoes, turn over and spread with the carrot filling.
13. Put in the ham, fold in 2 parts and set aside.
14. Grease 2 potato sheets with cream cheese and spread the avocado on top.
15. Sprinkle with green onions, put in tomatoes and fold in half.
16. Put a fried egg on top and fold the potatoes in half.
