JUDGE IS ALL WRONG. THE ASSITANT SHOULD HAVE RETURNED THE ITEMS INSTEAD OF GOING HOME. I HOPE SHES NOT GONNA BE JUDGING LIKE THIS

I don't understand what happened to the bank transfer. Why didn't Judge ask more questions. The plantif is a WANA BE AND TOOK ADVANTAGE OF HER PERSONAL ASSISTANCE. THE PLANTIF PROBABLY PAID FOR HER OWN PROMOTION. The defendant never said she was buying for performance. She was buying as if the plantif was a star and she bought what she thought a star would wear. The plantif is the drama queen. The defendant was doing her job. The plantif probably just didn't like the shoes. I think the judge was wrong not to grant the defendant her countersunk. The plantif isn't even on any high performers list

2nd case. The plaintiff did the right thing by suing her, I'm glad that he won his case, she tried to make him look like the aggressor and it failed big time.

1st case: Sorry plaintiff but I have never heard of you

In the first case,The plantif has become FULL OF HERSELF. If the defendant has been managing the PLANTIF'S money. Wardrobe. Meetingts etc then she would know the PLANTIF'S taste. Etc. Christine Louboutin loafers are not cheap, even if they are knock off they are not cheap. I can see the plantif going off on the defendant in front of others.she thinks she was some mega star. Who is she.I have never heard of her. I can also see the defendant wanting to leave if she felt she was going to be treated unprofessionally. But why couldn't she have changed the date on the return ticket. If the return ticket was non-refundable or non exchangeable and the defendant left early because of the confrontation and she quit her job.I think the plantif should pay for her ticket. I dont believe the mother didn't get her money. I think she wanted more. They never did say if the money was sent or received. The plantif could have set it for the money to be automatically transferred to the mothers account and the defendant wouldn't have had to do anything but the bank records. I get the feeling. The plantif wasn't paying the defendant what she should have gotten for all she was doing as a personal assistant. The plantif must not be too successful. I have never heard of her. The plantif may have had a short time of fame and thought she was all that. I hope the defendant will get her own career and be successful and not have to deal with the plantif again. It didn’t seem the plantif really cared about the defendant. But sees her as a subservient. Not an equal. Sometimes. Friends can't work together. I dont think the plantif was making a lot of money and where is she now

First case: I think more happened than they let on. By the way it sounded to me, the pop singer is a wannabe and probably told everyone in earshot the girl stole from her. The defendant was trying to move her in a direction of standing out but she looks like she wants to stick with the 80s Good Girls costume. She knew her and knew not to buy her anything, she tried it. I would have bought my own ticket home too but I would accepted the cost because its obvious her plaintiff needs more help but don't know how to appreciate it.

Oh my God the security guard had no right to touch her. Wrist or nothing she was not a threat.

2nd Case The young lady is lucky she wasn’t put in jail and charge with a felony for assault and battery. the inequality between the genders is interesting how people jump back-and-forth with certain crimes and gender when it’s convenient but not use it when it’s not convenient. She knows she was trying to sneak in, and when she got caught, she hit him, it is illegal
