I had a lucid dream once but I got excited and woke myself up😂😭😭

Pro tip for everyone: As soon as you know your lucid stay still and don’t move that much, you want to try and engage your senses with the surroundings and be relaxed, if you feel like your going to exit the lucid dream either rub your hands together or spin around in a circle pretty fast, you could even repeat aloud the word ‘clarity’ or a synonym of some sort because sometimes your subconscious mind will listen Leave a like if this helped

You don't just take pills and immediately lucid dream. It's a process. You have to have a dream journal, practice various techniques, and so on. It could take a few days, weeks, maybe even months. It's all worth it in the end.

As a natural lucid dreaming It sometimes sucks. I can feel like im actually walking/running. Sometimes I feel tired (when you work hard and you feel tired), I literally remeber all my freking dreams, Im the actor of the action, not the watcher. I basically dream before the stressful day. Yeah, I find out that im a lucid dreamers facts, they all match up.

My first lucid dream I was around 4-6 years old, I had a reoccurring nightmare where I would get dragged under my bed by some monster. I would get grabbed by the ankle and when it would try to pull me under I would grab my bed, and one night I told myself I was dreaming so I let go and I went into my first lucid dream. Now I dream every night and remember pretty much all of them, I usually lucid dream 1 or 2 times a week and it’s the most amazing feeling to be able to pretty much control your reality. It’s a blessing when my dreams are cool and interesting but if I have a nightmare and not realize I’m in one it’s the most terrifying thing.

I think y'all were only dreaming because you were waking up in the middle of the night which disrupts your REM sleep cycles... the more disrupted it is, the more your body tries to overcompensate for it and you go into REM faster

I found that thinking about what I wanted to do as I fell asleep caused me to have a dream where I could do that thing. For instance, for a week every night as I fell asleep I tried to imagine flying, then I had a fantastic vivid dream of flying and zipping in between the tall trees and I woke up so happy.

When I was 10 or 11, I had a lucid dream and I was flying around. Then, all of the sudden I turn into a lego and fall to my death... it still traumatizes me.

I already do this, but it's always a nightmare. I know I'm sleeping and I can control my actions, but I cannot wake up or change the circumstances I'm thrown into. I think these would probably make it worse.

When I was younger I trained myself to have total control of what I dream about and total control of my dreams. I just stopped controlling my dreams. Now I dream lucid and I look forward to dreaming. I don’t understand why people hate lucid dreaming, it’s so beautiful..

Studies show that one good way to go into a lucid dreaming state is to wake up during a dream the go back to sleep, so I'm assuming that in all actuality the pill has nothing of substance in it and the variable that, in theory, makes the lucid dream happen is simply waking up to take it. The pill is just a way to capitalize on something we could easily do ourselves. Maybe with a slight placebo...

I wonder if this pill is just placebo ?like by believing the pills will make them have lucid or more interesting dreams they therefore convince their subconscience to give them such dreams

When I have lucid dreams it's always a nostalgic feel-type vibe one...I feel as if I'm always making the right decisions in my LD's, and always there for someone and I wake up wanting to cry bc its as if it's telling me to get my life together or restart..but when I do remember a lucid dream I always think I can go back to my life in my original dreams but its always something different..when I realized that I was crying abit. Knowing I want to dream forever in my last dreams..
