Did you happen to go see how bad the damage was at the cabin area? Been there many times and camped. First discovered CC in 2015 while at Sanibel. Been closed to camping since Ian.

We did that day and never again lol 😂 The tide was ridiculously low at that time and the mosquitos were strong. We departed at 9 am from Placida to Cayo Costa Gulf Side, moved over to the Pelican Bay side. Around 3PM we left to Boca Sandbar, chilled out there until about 5:00PM and then headed to Stump Pass until almost 7 then back to Placida.
