I have a 2023 3ts8t and the biggest problem I have had with jcb is part availability. The single arm is a great design and the side door entry is especially nice. I also have a jcb hydradig 110w and a jcb 1cxt tracked backhoe. I purchased all 3 as a package deal and they were all brand new machines that were damaged in transport, they were being transported by truck and hit a bridge. I had to replace the cab on the teleskid which took 3 months to get from the manufacturer.
I had a JCB robot 180 for years couldn't pass up a deal on a kubota to replace it. I don't miss the side exit every day, but on the days I do boy do I miss it.
The boys over in Wisconsin "the rest of the story" and "how farms work" have had one for a couple of years, and they love it. If I was in the market for a skid steer a jcb teleskid would be a strong contender.
For any that dnk That one belongs to How Farms work. The rest of the story is his brother and operates it from time to time when not using the other skid steer
Thanks for another great video Brian. It was interesting and enjoyable. I really like your JCB skid steer. I feel one of best on the market. The side door is really nice to have. I have never heard any negative comments on the one arm lift arm. You said the cabin had lots of room which is good. Overall I think you got a very nice machine. Dad was looking it over pretty close. Then you took it and got the bucket dirty-ha!!!! That steel blade on your JCB loaders bucket did not want to come off. Must have had some heavy duty bolts in it or something. Assume you got it apart and fixed. Did you get the motorhome sold??? Looks to be a nice one. Somebody would like that you would think. Good luck on the sale. About it I guess. You folks have had a lot of moisture it appears. Hopefully you can get planting soon. Thanks for everything Brian. You all take care. The Iowa farm boy. Steve.
I was in Ireland a couple years ago. Lot’s of JCB equipment. Saw this JCB road tractor. That frigging thing must have been going fifty miles and hour Good choice. Thanks BFF
Push on the bottom corner of the engine bay door instead of the top and you won’t have to slam it 6-8 times to get it closed. I have one, works like a charm. Spray a dry lube in the door handle or you’ll think you locked yourself out... once per month
I think you will like the ease of entry and exit with the Teleskid loader - even with the boom raised. Also the telescopic reach feature is unrivaled when stacking hay or pallets. Good company - hopefully you have a good local dealer as well.
I love that you get toys to work with. Not everyone can justify a toy as a tool, but y'all do. I do the same thing, but I'm not married 😂 Thanks for this!
Hec yea, never ran one but the visibility looks second to none imo, enjoy it and let us know what you think please. Great content as always Mr. Brian!!!🤙🙏
They are nice skid loaders but the one I us to operate the main top pivot pin kept breaking and causing the arm to hit the cab it was a wheeled machine but other than that is was a good machine
I gotta say my JCB hasn't been the best. I love its side door and telescoping boom, but its had a bunch of small things like Hydro and electrical issues. Now it basically just does block jobs and loading trucks in winter with snow. Don't use it for dirt work or grading anymore. The Bobcat and Kubota work good for that. But im also putting hours on my machines using them for work everyday, putting over 1k hours on normally a year
BJ had me chuckling a couple times 😏 and I love how you work together I do what Brother Brian does because I’m the Oldest and that’s what we do 😎❤️🖖🏼🇺🇸
The only thing good is the side door we have had ours for 7 years and nothing but problems and jcb service is absolutely horrible! And also all the hydraulic lines are custom order so if I blow a line they have to order due to the special lines!
I'm supposed to demo one of those this summer. Give me your opinion on whether it would be good for picking up hay out of the field like we do. Also interested on how it would be loading hay into a 53' dry van trailer.
The nice part about the one arm boom is that it is guaranteed for life so if something happens to it, it will get replaced for free. With JCB, you have to think about what they built their company off of, backhoes and telehandlers. They simply took the engineering experience they had with telehandlers and applied it to the skid steer. If they didn’t make a good telehandler product, I don’t think that they would be the number one manufacturer for them in the world today. In top of that, they have held the number one vendor spot for United Rentals for a few years in a row, and still remain in the top of the vendors list if they aren’t number one anymore. It’s also a plus that it is a machine built in the USA unlike some of the other skid steers and CTL’s offered today from companies based over seas.
Is the well house relatively new, or left over from the WWII munitions plant, or from the former papermill warehouse? What did the munitions plant make in WWII? They had bus service from Jackson County for workers.
If I bought a piece of equipment that beeped incessantly everytime I put it in reverse I'm afraid I'd have to find a way to delete that safety feature.
Get a 24 inch breaker bar and a 4 foot 1 or 1.25 pipe. That how I used to loose bolts on a m farmall. If pulling did not work jumping off the tire on to the cheater did
Have you heard of, or tried a "Rezloh" cutting edge for buckets? They have integrated teeth, and I think carried a warranty against breakage. Hope you like the JCB, if I had to have a SSL, I would look at them. For now I just use my son in law's Cat. Cheaper that way.😂😂😂
Wonder if Brian is aware of the scammers hanging around the comment section, I commented the other day on a video and so contacted me who I thought was OG Brian but was someone else trying to get money from me for a "free" item I won. Everyone just be aware
