As a Manglorian, I've never heard of that stew before. Chicken Ghee Roast, Chicken Sukka, Kori Rotti etc are the specialities of Manglorian cuisine. Hope you try these dishes in future :)✌

For part 2, if possible, you guys should definitely try some Assamese chicken dishes like Til Chicken ( chicken with sesame seeds), Chicken with koldil (banana flower) and chicken with bamboo shoot.... You'll love it... 😁❤️ (And try Assamese dishes with rice only🤭)

I want to add Kosu Murgi ( Chicken made with Taro leaves) in the list... I recently discovered at a household near Rani, Guwahati.. it's a Rabha delicacy!! :) Yes try all the Assamese dishes with rice only! ❤️

As someone who's into studying about Korean culture, i don't think chicken kimbap is something that would REPRESENT how chicken is eaten in Korea. Korean fried chicken/barbeque would be a better choice. Hoping to see korean fried chicken in part 2.

I'm Mangalorean and there is nothing like Mangalorean chicken stew there. That stew looks like it is Kerela style chicken stew. I'm pretty sure that dish is from Kerela. Also loved this video!!! loving your new content these days.

I was going to say the same 😂 at least I have not tasted this in Mangalore 🙊 I was expecting ghee roast or sukka if there was any chicken dish from Mangalore and I thought it would not be authentic but yaha tho poora dish hi alag nikhla 😂 this happens with food videos in India because of our diversity... even I would miss a lot of things but yes! Even I love this series 😍❤️

Frst of all mangalorean stew..it's not a famous mangalorean dish.. Main dish of mangalorean is Kori rotti..(kori means chicken curry-rotti means crispy rice pappad kind roti..) This dish we don't even eat regularly here..as a managlorean myself..that dish don't come in our fav list only😂 Restaurant which you ordered made you bakra..😂😂

Korean fried chicken and Korean chicken corn dog are better hallmarks for chicken dishes I guess. And are more flavorful too Gimbap can be considered one too but they're mainly rice based dishes so our desi palate might not enjoy it unless it is provided with some dipping sauce. P.S. the dipping sauces go amazing with them.
