Yeah I follow BuzzFeed and many other channels for long now! As for my diet I stopped adding sugar in tea, stopped having cakes and drinks or anything else. I used salt sometimes to flavour nimbu pani or lassi.
Believe it or not, we speak the same language and more or less have similar tradition and cultural values. Its not the people who hate each other, it's the government of both countries. Lots of love. ❤❤ 🇮🇳🇵🇰
I'm 16 and diabetic and honestly after all these years it has become a routine for me... it is difficult at first but it gets easier with time... dont worry ☺

Its been 1 year my daughter ( 29 year old) and my son inlaw ( 31) quit sugar completely. Very proud of them. My daughter was addicted to doughnut and as a bengali my soninlaw was addticted to any kind of sweet. They dont buy sugar anymore theu dont buy anything which has sugar. Its possible. If you crave sugar please eat a fruit or carrot. You will like it.💛 much love.
Yaar seriously, I love sugar too but cutting it made a huge difference in my life. I wish they had consulted some nutritionist who would tell why sugar is bad and why you’d want to reduce/remove ADDED sugar from your diet 😋 This was just a fun, light video, but definitely could have been educational too! Us Indians, especially, need to be more aware of nutrition. I am clearly too passionate about this, so I’ll just see myself out now.. hehe sorrrryyyy byeeeeeeeee 🙈 Ps: only ranting about added sugar. Natural sugar I’m all for.
We have an organ that is called pancreas.it has some cells in it.....one of them n very important is BETA cell.....this cell actually acts by releasing insulin from it .....whenever we consume anything sweet or you can say excess carbohydrate the beta cell starts to secrete insulin so that the sugar level in our body is maintained .......if we eat a lot of sugar that may be in any form our beta cell gets exhausted actually... ..its cant balance the sugar index in our body.. .....so that causes hyperglycaemia(you can call it diabetes).....not only that insulin which is secreted from beta cell also helps to break down fats in our body.... when beta cell is exhausted n cant work properly it cant even break those fats in our body(processs is called lipolysis)....you we end up gaining more n more weight.......And obesity and diabetes this r threatening for our heart.... eventually causes heart disease!you can google n know more
Verda Arif Hello. So I educated myself as to why it’s important and how much should I actually consume etc. Then cut it for 1 month, cold turkey, without any sugary treats or added sugar. Once I stopped depending on it, I stopped craving it, I now eat sugar only if I’m eating icecream or cake. Other than that, I don’t crave it anymore. Also eating more sugar makes me queasy and feels weird in my stomach. So if I eat very high sugary foods for birthday or occasional treats , I make sure to eat some nuts or high GI Foods after that. So that the “sugar-shock” is low. Basically just avoid sugar for 1-2 months very strictly, after that body stops craving. I moved from 4 spoon sugar in coffee to drinking coffee with milk and no sugar. I hate coffee and sugar now, it tastes more coffee-like without the sugar! I still consume 2 types of fruits per day. Right now obsessing over grapes, cherries and oranges - seasonal stuff here :)
Derp Ina aww you are an inspiration. My issue is that I consume sugar under instances when I binge eat. I think I suffer from a mild eating disorder. I do have days when I reduce my sugar intake but I think i lack consistency. Also, i completely agree with you on the sympotoms you get upon consuming large amounts of sugar. I bloat, most importantly and suffer from sugar crash phases. I really want to get out of the cycle but I lack consistency. Any tips on how to remain consistent, please let me know. ❤ good luck and thank you for your reply.
I wanted to be sugar free as well. But, my mum is so sweet n addicted to tea that she prepares tea for me too n says beta *chai* *pilo* ☕ biscuits bhi hai. 😅.
keerthana sam Horlicks is yucky in milk (I sleep ), and boost doesn't stay for more than a week. I eat like 3 to 4 spoons a day and by the end of the week I cry regretting it. The entire process of boost repeats. But I am trying to reduce by having coffee is very smaller cups. Hopefully by this year end I completely recover from this addiction. Thanks for your reply :)👌

Yes guys. The idea is not to be so tough on yourself. Once in a while as a treat, you can eat chocolates, or pastries or pies. Don’t forget everything in moderation works better for mental and physical health. You have one life, one youth. Don’t be so tough on yourself. It’s so motivating to see people who are addicted to sugar, giving up on it for a month. Top stuff, guys. 👍
I'm so glad you mentioned pcos I have the same thing and ever since I've been diagnosed I felt so alone and now I feel like I'm not all alone so thanks man x
Srishti: Get into it to make a healthy , mindful lifestyle change... Also Srishti after eating the cheesecake: Never mind everything is crap just eat cheesecakes😂😂
fruits contain fructose which the liver treats like a toxin..theyre good in moderate amounts and most importantly with the fiber because the fiber releases the sugar slowly so your liver isnt burdened..fruit juices arent any healthier than coke its like dumping a ton of fructose solution on your liver
Sweets are very important in your life specially during summer as it keeps our body cool. You should eat sweets made up off natural sugar instead of table sugar.
After watching so many videos are have decided to quit sugar and it is my fifth day of quitting sugar . I was so addicted to sugar since my childhood but since it's the fifth day of my sugar quitting I have realised that nothing is impossible for now I have decided to quit sugar, wheat and rice for one month and let's see how it goes and what are the changes that I can see in my body.
I have tried this challenge for 30 days and it has completely changed me 😄 I don't feel like eating sweet anymore even though it's going to be my sisters wedding and they'll be hundreds of occasions and all the aunties are gonna be like I'm harming myself and I should freely eat what I want but I'm glad all the occasions are happening in a beach resort so there's going to be a lot of fish and seafood so my problem is 10% solved but I still feel really better and like a heavy weight has been lifted off my shoulders Thanks 💕
Quitting sugar feels great😊I did it for 2 months and it was kinda easy for me( I am not addicted to chai or coffee or any packaged food. I also left junk food, only ghr Ka khana) I guess I also lost some weight and it felt great.I am thinking to continue it whole my life.😳
One morning when I was sleeping I dreamt that Severus Snape was teaching SRK karate Then my mother woke me up . Then I asked Where did SRK go? I am so weird.
I totally crossed off the sugar and substitutes from my diet. It's almost 2 years now and it really helped in maintaining the healthy lifestyle and added to that is losing bad fat. On rare occasions I do take it, like birthdays and festivals etc. I take black coffee, coffee with double toned milk or green tea all without sugar.
I tried the same thing but for only two weeks and I still noticed effects from day one. Oh and table and heavy salt too. I felt so light...my skin cleared up..
I used to be obese because i used to consume a lot of sugar but now, i'm very skinny and healthy but i do get grossed out by sweet food xDD it's like my appetite for desserts died
It was nice to see people go threw the same experiment as I did. With a few different changes cause Not all sugars are bad, for instance you can have as much fruits as you want. It's a great substitute for processed forms of sugar. And they are full of vitamins, fibers and antioxidants that your body realy needs.
I was 59 kg and wanted to reduce weight, I started with quiting sugar, then switched to vegan lifestyle. Believe me I feel miracles happened. I am 50.7 kg now with perfect BMI very energetic, clean mind and body. So much of energy and motivation by Satvic Movement channel in RU-vid ❤️
Yeah that's true. You don't crave for sugar so much when you've stopped consuming it for a period of time. I wonder how i used to eat so much sugar in my childhood.
Yeah...I tried quitting sugar or rather lowering the amount consumed to just 10percent of my previous amount...and yeah...i have had headaches and slackyness... Quitting sugar has given some troubles but has also proven to be a great decision...
I can very much relate to this. Ica t quit sugar. Imagine having a cup of tea without sugar is like a life put to an end. I just love sweets, chocolates and ice creams. Though for the past few weeks I'm putting on some weight but I'm still into it
Oh man so brave you guys are ! I am the person who can quit every thing but not sweet. It's like my life . I can't even imagine my day without sweet. ☹
That's good one... I haven't for almost 2 yrs now... The most difficult thing I have given up is Tea... You know... Tea without Sugar is not possible.. Good Luck...
I went with no artificial sugar for a year and it was really beneficial. I felt less tired and my health improved a lot. It was difficult at the beginning bc of the sugar cravings but eventually I got used to it so when I had sugar again after a year, it tasted horrible.
I totally get what she said about sugar being gross after you quit. I went from having 3/4 of a bar of chocolate every day to not being unable to like most milk chocolates because they taste too sweet now. It also helped clear my skin a lot. If you want to try this you can start with alternates like instead of having coffe or tea with sugar every morning have them without it and then slowly cut more things out.
I had a sweettootg when i was a child..but since last year i cant stand high amount of sugar at all...even thinking about sweets like rasgullas, gulabjamun, etc just makes me feel full anf heavy...so i dont eat much sugar now...if there is something at home then a part of it with less sugar is separated for me or i wont be able to eat.
I think the key is not to go overboard with sugar. Instead of 2 spoons- put half spoon of sugar in that chai. Small steps make a huge difference. Cut down on soft drinks as well. And also you can switch to healthier “sugar” like fruits which got fructose. I have PCOD and trust me this has helped me way too much.
You know how you watch one video and you love it so much that when you click on the video your forget about everything in the video and then enjoy it all over again? 😂😄✋🏽✋🏽
Yup, I’ve been doing this since last 1 & half years.... it really helped me getting in great 👍🏼 shape and physic.... Probably it’ll take you around 3 months to see some drastic changes, but if you are monitoring your weight daily....you’ll see the impact in progressive stages.... Pro tip would be, if you find your weight stagnant for more than 4 days just introduce a cheat meal so you kick start it again with a sugar free diet.... Cheers 🍻 guys All the best
Siddik Patel hey 👋 sid.... appreciate your asked dude ... To be frank yes it will to a certain degree.... But if you need better results there’s one particular diet which would help you a lot to get rid... I personally call it a busy men’s diet.... Wherein you don’t even need to go to the gym or do workouts to exhaust yourself.... To be specific it’s a zero calorie, zero carbohydrates diet.... Basically just avoid all sort of sugars from raw form to processed foods such as kfc and soda, alcohol...... Furthermore, it only allows 20grms of carbs in diet , it’s better to avoid them rather count on them.... What you can have is .... your dreams.... Deep fried fish chicken meat eggs nuts and loads of water .... If we talk about losing kgs it should help you loose more than 10kgs in 90days..... Check this video link for some inspiration ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-vyxPH6jPnlw.html Wish you good luck bro. You’ll do it....
I'm doing this since so many days..I know it's sounds weird to not to have chai but I managed to do it ..Trust me after quitting sugar for 1 month I felt more energetic than before . I'm not very fond of deserts or mithai but I love chocolate very much and also it was very very difficult to quit a chai . Initially I was thinking that I can't live without chai but later on I found out that it's just in my mind . we're very habituated towards our cravings but trust me it's only in your mind !
