Agreed. I could watch a 30 minute long version of this for all the restaurants in Hong Kong. Maybe they could pad out the time by showing more of the cooking process

LOL. 0:16 "big license stall". 🤣no, it translate to "large row bench/table stall" the 排,(row), isn't the same as "牌",(license), even though it sounds the same.

Many restaurants that serve stir fry or Chiu Chow cuisine just put tables on the street and cook inside. Still great and there’s at least 10 in one part of Yuen Long.

If you have a chance to go, go! These are cultural icons of HK, but due to government and the younger gen apathy they will be gone soon. Singapore has a similar situation but there are signs they are trying to save the cultural cuisine there.
