Great video Bill and Lisa! I had the best chicken sandwich that I ever had at Capons. I really liked the Fontainebleau and having stayed nearby at Palazzo and Resorts World between March 12th through 20th, I can see myself spending a lot more time at this end of the strip. Thanks again.
Happy Easter Bill and Lisa 🙋♀️ $18 for a French Dip is indeed a bit pricey. But to be fair, it's Vegas, so, I'd say by Vegas prices, you got it at a price that's just above reasonable.
I went to Vegas in March and stayed at the Caesars Fountain view Augustus room. Ate at Brasserie B in Caesars and Vanderpumps a Paris at Paris. The food was a little above average for the very affordable price point. I ate at Fontainebleau's La Fontaine for breakfast. Food was decent for the price, not spectacular, but the service was phenomenal. I have to try the Fontainebleau Food Court. The beef dip, tacos, and pizza looks terrific. I went to Trattoria Reggiano at the Grand Canal Shoppes. You have to try it. I love the spaghetti carbonara. Mr. Chin's was the most I ever paid for dinner. I had the pre-fixe dinner with the Peking duck. Terrific duck that they carve tableside, but I wonder what they do with the extra duck meat that doesn't get sliced off close to the bone. Also went to see the show at The Sphere. Then I won the most I have ever won, 10k at Caesars. BTW, a capon is a castrated male chicken.

I checked it out for the first time a couple weeks ago and left impressed! Casino floor, rooms and food court were all really nice. No cigarette smoke either due to the high ceilings

Like the food at Fountainbleu Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. Alot of wonderful food buffets and food courts. This burger with the racliffe cheese and potato sticks sounds wonderful Lisa!!! The Tri-tip French dip with the dip looks so good Lisa, Dan, and Bill. Horseradish Aole sounds good with the broth. Roadside tacos barrio tacos with the Mexican consomme sounds really nice. Love tacos!!! Love the paper wraps that tell you what kind of meat in the tacos. Love the pork tacos Bill has as well. That Honey spicy pepperoni slice pizza is wonderful. The crispy crust and pepperoni cups instead of flat pepperoni: tasty. Love the look of that salmon bowl Lisa. Big salmon eggs caviar? I couldn't hear exactly what you called it. Sounds ok. I do sushi and the bowls. I love the cheesecake all fruit on top plus the chocolate hazelnut cake so rich. Mine would be a mocha latte. Boy Bill disagreed with you with the Cheesecake Factory!!!! But he finally agreed with you Lisa! I thought that cheesecake looked so good. Love the Fountainbleu Hotel. That food court sounds like it will really take off!!!!
Prices are high but you’re also paying for convenience. I wouldn’t go out of my way for a meal or a snack but if I were there already and hungry that’s ok.
Love your videos! If youre still.in Las Vegas, try Ellus Island Casino, the Village Cafe. They have the Best Prime rib for 27 or 28.00. It includes mashed gravy and green beans. Check out Tim Lee's blog comparing steak dinners for 400.00 or 28.00. Is it worth it? Definitely the Ellis Island came out on top. He also ordered Fish and chips which he loved. I think casinos drawn people in with to food to stay and gamble. That is what they do here in Denver. I've havent seen such a good looking Prime rib and fish 14.99 like that in a long time. I hope you can try it you'll be glad you did.
Bill: I appreciated you mentioning that since it is an upper end hotel we should be prepared even for a food court to have steeper prices. Happy Easter!!
