You are such lovely girls and so down to earth. I’ve had a bit of a shoddy year (haven’t we all!) but I found out I had a brain tumour and had to get it removed (I’m only 30), so I’ve been recovering over the last few months but your videos have given me laughs and I’ve lived my summer vicariously through you. Most other peoples vlogs annoy me but yours make me laugh so much, so thanks for being you! ✨

As someone who weightlifts and does cardio, pilates is the most underrated form of exercise! Don't be fooled, it works your entire body and will have you super sore after. Running a mile is easier than pilates in my experience, it's not easy at all! love the video girls❤️

You two make me laugh… I do 15,000 steps everyday … it’s life changing. I’ve lost 5 kg in 6 weeks. I eat 1700 calories a day

@@oliviaclough9280 it depends on what you want to do. I like eating a lot and I love walking so it’s great. We have been conditioned to think 1 hour of exercise 10,000 steps is a lot. That’s just 1 hour of walking a day, (plus a bit of extra walking from room to bathroom through the day which you naturally do) I wouldn’t call that obsessive.
