We tried to get a Secret Santa gift to this young mom four times and finally caught her pulling out of the driveway
Brandie and her husband Chapman have a two-year-old daughter named Ruth and a son who is almost five.
Ruth was born at 23 weeks and has been constantly in and out of the hospital.
Chapman is a high school teacher. Brandie is getting her nursing degree and a stay-at-home mom. She has to patch herself up on a weekly basis. A few weeks ago, Ruth was supposed to have another two-hour surgery. It ended up taking 10!
Brandie loves her kids, gets her schoolwork done, supports Chapman's career and carries on. She is constantly driving back and forth to EIRMC from Rexburg and balancing it all.
Secret Santa asked the East Idaho News elves to go pay Brandie a visit and it was challenging to catch her but we finally did. Watch the video above to see the surprise!

Oh my goodness her kids are ADORABLE! His little “sure” when asked if he would love to open it. Praying for baby girl & of course your family. Thank you secret Santa for everything you do for these families. I was able to bless a few families today and I was so excited I was able to! I can’t imagine how happy it is for secret Santa!

Family member was born at 5-ish months and weighed about 2 pounds back in '61. It was a tough time but all went well. They are now a thriving adult.

Prayers for this family, Remember Ruth in the bible struggled, then flourished. My daughter was a preemie, necrotic bowel and more. Through prayer, she now teaches. Ibs, and tad of asthma, but blessed. Hang in mama.

How about in baby Ruth's name? Jesus can't and won't help. His existence can be questioned, and he certainly was not the son of some 'superior being', and did not awake from being dead.

I love watching this each year from across the pond and think it's a beautiful thing you do, I would also like to mention a channel called (Good Simple Living) who live in America, they do a Christmas gift kind of thing and they've done it for three years running, i love both your channels even though they bring tears to my eyes, sorry but not sorry for mentioning them and thank you Secret Santa and Helpers for Helping these people at this time of year
