for the machine at <a href="#" class="seekto" data-time="590">9:50</a> , the claims it helps with bladder control might not be that crazy, just from looking at it it looks similar to the gym machines that strengthen hip adductors/abductors and it looks like the exercise may be or have similar effects to kegels which are used to strengthen the pelvic floor which can be weakened in women by child birth. its the same thing where you see the adverts for the pads for women that soak up pee. again I might be wrong as I'm using my VERY limited knowledge of the female body and birth (sources: I was born (via c section), and my moms a nurse)
