Kane, Gadiel, and Ryann of BuzzFeed try to change their lives by following habits of successful people. The challenge is to follow the best morning routine and night routine to do list, inspired by the most successful CEO secrets.
@@saskia8052 literally one of the dumbest things I've read on here in a while. Please explain to me how the time at which a person wakes up can DIRECTLY impact that person's physical health.
the purpose of this video was for these guys to get their routines on track, to better their health, and to try to work harder. also, to see how the most famous CEOs live. chill
Tbh, just by doing the same things as smart or great people doesn’t make you them. The entire reason they do live in certain ways is because of their mindset and mental behaviour which has ultimately led to them to be who they are. Only that will make any one individual successful. To just copy their routines, is just shallow and not really constructive but rather just fetishising their lifestyles, as if they’re just going to transform into bill gates or Alexander the Great. But then again what more can we expect from a site like Buzzfeed.
@@vhix64 ok...you would never catch a guy from the bronx in a bubble bath.......not one that would actually day that cause we woukd be....i mean HE!!! Would be clowned for it 😏
Honestly the best one here is the Zucc idea, wearing the same clothes everyday. Now I look back, I miss wearing school uniform because I didn't even have to think about it.
Henry Anderson I’m still in school and without uniforms. It is a struggle to choose an outfit every morning, but I enjoy expressing myself with my outfits. Often times this one friend I have tells me that she loves what I wear even though she’d never wear any of it herself. I’m fairly certain most of my friends wouldn’t wear some of my outfits either considering they mostly wear hoodies and sweats. That’s similar to what I wear except it’s to a more extreme level sometimes.
Instead of wearing the same outfit everyday, I just set out my clothes the night before. I achieve the same result of not having to think about what I'll wear when I wake up.
Its around 1:50am and gotta wake up at like 5am to drive 2 hours for a fucking drugtest. Im stoned af and watching fucking buzzfeed videos about how to be succesfull. No regrets.
My mom is a dermatologist(not as glamourous as a CEO lmao but she is smart I guess) and is late one or two hours in her office every day😂she starts screaming at us when during an argument we play the "you are lazy in mornings" card. Defense mechanism
I m ready to become a CEO... Now all i need is A company A bathtub 7 black t-shirts 7 blue jeans A dairy A philoshopical or poetry book And i need to convince my family to wake up at 4.00 am and have a breakfast with me at 6.00 am... And then i will be ready 😀

Y’all gonna leave this video alone. This is a good video! We get to see how their productivity increased and it’s not called “how CEOs became CEOs” it’s called “CEOs morning and night time routine” so chill out

This is unbelievable!!! I always wondered how to just start building better morning and night habits. Watching your wins and trials was such valuable insight!!!
Thank you so much for this video! I saw this video about a week ago in the middle of the night & decided to give it a try myself. I love it!! I usually have a decent morning routine but my night routine were honestly hectic and unorganized. What would often happen is my crazy night would bleed into my mornings and I would be inconsistent with my routines. This video has made me realize that a good morning starts at night. I can relate to Kane when he said he has a hard time prioritizing self care and unwinding because I do too. Since I've start doing the night routine I've gotten more hours of sleep, more restful sleep, my mornings are more productive, and my mood has just been better. And it's only been a week! I definitely plan to keep up this routine! The bath I will continue to do when I'm off from work the next day so I can take my time. On work night I will replace it with some night tea and meditation. I plan to give an update at the end of the year to keep myself accountable (and for those that are curious). Again thank you so much!
THIS CHANGED MY LIFE... I was watching this video and I though to myself I'M GOING TO TAKE THIS UP and so the next morning I got up at 4am, I replied to my emails, worked out, planned my day and thought "is this what I want to be doing with my life"... eventually I came to the realisation that I was fed up with feeding my dog and so I had her put down that following afternoon! I'm really sad about it and my daughter is a little distraught but I'm SURE that I'll get that pay-rise and work my way up to being a C.E.O too! Thanks so much American Dudes!
Guys thanks for your honesty. One thing that was very clear - positive self-talk in the face of stress helps you to get better results. Negative self-talk, on the other hand, messes with you. You tend to get more stressed & negative stuff multiplies.

Yes, you need to have the right mindset for a start. Thinking that what you are doing is getting you somewhere, or at least has the chance to get you somewhere can be part of a good way to start, assuming that one has done good preliminary preparation e.g., research, planning etc.
Ironically, I’ve been waking up at 5am every morning this week and getting things done for my business. Great tips, thanks for trying them out & sharing!!!
this is the BEST routine video ive ever watched..youre all so hilarious and i really loved watching how you were all overcoming the challenges you were facing...ive been struggling with morning routines on and off and this just inspired me even more to keep going and add some things...def trying the bath :D
Reflecting on what my grandmother used to say “ clean up the night before because you never want to bring yesterday into a new day”. Funny because I am already doing 100% of this!! #MorningAndNightRoutine
I don't watch Buzzfeed videos, but this one piqued my interest, I'll admit. This is perhaps (in my opinion) Buzzfeed's greatest video, this actually made me realize what I can change. I usually stay up late either playing games or watching shows, and by time I wake up for work I don't want to get up at all. I actually even end up being late for work and so tired that I don't feel very productive. I think I'll make some changes, probably make a video diary... This will be the only time I'll say this: Thank you, Buzzfeed.
I automatically wake up 4am in the morning everyday on a daily . I can tell you guys its honestly really great .you feel the day go by smoothly . I recomend people do this 👍🏻
i'm in uni from 8 am to 7 pm idk if you have longer days but what i do is i wake up at 4 am take time to do what i need to do (shower, eat, catch up on all things social media and stuff) and i give myself an hour max to do all that and then from 5 am to 7:30 am i do my homework which gives you 2 hours and a half for that. Then when i get home it is usually around 7:45, so i eat, brush my teeth, take a quick shower (less than 10 min) and by 9 pm i give myself till 10:30 to finish any homeworks i have left (if you divide your homework sessions in 2 it's also easier bc in the morning your brain is still fresh and at night you'll feel better knowing you already did 70% of your homework that morning) and then i immediately go to sleep. Granted i only get 5 hours and a half of sleep but if i managed to do all my homework in the morning i actually sleep at 9 pm :)
Starting homework in the morning at low 60%-80% effort is better than a diminishing 50% effort declining by staying awake. You'd probably end up putting in more effort by staying up late and studying only to wake up and forget a majority of what you learned with minimal sleep. Know your limits and learn to call it a night. :)

Thanks for summarizing that, I kind of lost track through the video and english is not my native language/mother tongue, so it´s good to have a summary :) I´m doing a few thinks on this list, but I´m gonna start to charge my phone outside my bedroom or at least not next to my bed. I´m obviously not gonna do steve jobs suggestion, about living like it´s your last day on earth... why would I study, learn and work, if that´s my last day? That is such a weird advice
I wake up between 4AM and 6AM and all my co-workers ask me "why?! You're crazy!!" I always answer "I'm more productive in the morning". I totally get this so-called CEO lifestyle
I've been getting up at 4 a.m. for years because I really do get more done during the day and I like to work and get ahead of my schedule while most people are sleeping so they can't call or ping me consistently (that annoys the hell out of me).
I'm the CEO of a small nonprofit I started in 2013 to bring more solar into the world. I've had some major successes having a hand bringing a little over a MW of power into the world, and a lot more pride crippling personal failures. I recognized I need major changes in these kinds of habits, and I'm feeling totally inspired by you guys. Gadiel all amped and jumping around in the gym was the sell for me lol. I could see the change in your dude's face XD Thanks for the summary at the end and welcome to my desktop. Let's Go 2019!
Leo Battle'lions I know this was meant to be a relatable comment, but fr: RU-vid is dying. Its Recommended Videos are getting worse every year. Stay off it if you can.
