The finger exerciser is great if you broke your fingers like I did a year ago. I could barely move my fingers and having this at home was great to recover my grip strength.

13:58: Those finger exercisers are probably really effective for anything that required more grip strength, be it picking up items or maintaining the ability to hang onto something like a chin up bar.

A few of these (Push-up board & wheel roller especially) I could see being very useful for people who work in offices, cubicles, etc. It takes a lot of discipline to go to the gym regularly after work, but a 5-minute workout, 3 times per day on your breaks is doable. Not ideal, but better than nothing.
