I'm reading on their Instagram that they were halting production in the US and moving to Australia. That was in 2020 with plans to relaunch their brand in 2021. They haven't posted any updates since then and their website has expired. A South Korean brand called Sonic Dutch has made a cold brew coffee maker that uses ultrasonic waves for extraction. They were available on Indiegogo and Kickstarter for a time. Devices are available on Alibaba for anywhere from $200-$500. They have a website but I haven't been able to figure out how to order off of it. My personal theory? Ultrasonic cavitation may become a mainstream method of coffee brewing. I've purchased an ultrasonic jewelry cleaner off of Amazon and am in the middle of planning a video with it. Literally haven't opened the box yet so I have no idea if it'll make coffee or not.
