Congratulations. I’m so excited for you and your family. Are you able to do a video on preparing the body for a healthy pregnancy? I’m hoping to begin trying to conceive in 1 year and I’m giving myself that time to clean out my body and be as healthy as possible. So any suggestions would be much appreciated. I’m going to start heavy metal chelation soon and l’m working on my gut health with maximizing my probiotic food intake.
If you don’t put salt and spices on the hamburger, you might be able to use the leftover tallow. But it’s better to use unseasoned fat and render it like Marisa has shown.

What brand of stainless steel baking sheets do you use? I keep looking for big/full size SS sheet pans but can only find small cookie sheet size or aluminum pans (which I refuse to use.)
