I would have never quit my job but I’m not a risk taker. You two give me the confidence to not give up on any dream I might have or what I want to do in life. Thank you and good luck! I also love seeing your local trips around town. It doesn’t have to be large trips out of the country. Yes! I wish I would have made videos to all the places we have stayed around treasure island and all other cities near Tampa. That is a great idea as I always google hotels to see if there is a walkthrough. Again, best wishes!

Your channel is the first place I look when planning a trip. I first found you in 2021 when we planned a trip to St. Pete. Your recommendations become our itinerary. My husband and I are foodies so your restaurant reviews are SO helpful in finding the small local places we probably would never have found. Our next trip is in May and we are staying in Cape Coral. Again, your videos are so helpful in planning. My husband is already part-time since Covid caused his full-time job layoff. Our next goal is to get me to part-time with my job which is already remote. We will both be 50 in 2025 and want to start traveling more. I would have kept the channel and left the 9-5. Congrats on all your new changes and challenges. Life is short. Live your dream! Can you make more videos for beach towns along the panhandle, MS and AL? Those are areas we would like to explore.

Wondering if you could do video on where to rent motorcycles in the Clearwater Beach and good places to ride to. Either onroad or offroad. We fell in love with the Clearwater Beach area this past winter after watching your videos, but I am curious if we came down for an extended stay next winter, if there are good places to rent motorcycles or dirt bikes so we could adventure around that area when we want to take a break from the beaches. Hi both from Rugby in the UK. Firstly that is great news to share with Jamie concentrating full time on the Chanel. From a personal perspective, we visited St Pete for the first time in February staying in both downtown and also Bay Pines areas, and we absolutely have to thank you for all your reviews of the micro breweries in Grand Central, to all the eateries we visited (our favourite was The Burg) and you guys were inspirational for us hiring Electric bikes from Bay Pines to Dunedin. You’re both amazing, please keep the incredible content going and hope to visit again in 2025! Well done and cheers 🎉

So so happy for you and YES, I would have quit my job. I’m 60 now, and sometimes wished I would have enjoyed traveling more. At our age we can hardly hike, one of the things we love. My advice, do all the physical things you always wanted to do NOW!! Live it up n invest some $, save for your retirement.

I have to say...I have worked as a respiratory therapist here in New York, and have planned to move back to st pete when I could retire.... I thought of walking the beaches and hikes and bike riding...all of it shopping the markets....concerts... well a year ago I had a severe back injury at work and it will for sure limit that dream..... I lived in Madeira Beach for years right on Gulf blv..... WAY too expensive to do that now but I was thinking Seminole.... Anyway, my point is , Do whatever you can while you can because you never know what might happen to limit you later on...... I am doing much better and am still hoping to make the move but I doubt you will see me skate boarding on Gulf blv !!! This old lady still has that hippie heart ! lol !

We have moved 18 times. What we have found is we want a place where we can host, land for our 3 dogs (2+ acres is great) and somewhere by the water or within driving distance.

We'd hoped to make it over in October, but life and costs mean maybe 2025. 😢. At the end of the day, if it doesn't work out (I'm sure it will) then hey you just get a job again, but as you've already said, you don't want to always think "what if" if you don't put your all into it.
