We Watched BABY DRIVER For The First Time (Movie Reaction) 

The Michael Myers mask actually were supposed to be the masks of Michael Myers from Halloween series but the producers were unable to obtain legal permission.Edgar wright then reached out to the comedian Mike Myers about using masks of his likeness instead he thought the scene was funny and gave his blessing.

In 2020, Ansel Elgort was accused of rape and sexual assault of a 17-year-old girl back in 2014, when he was 20. He denied the SA but admitted to ghosting the girl after leading her on. As far as I can tell, no official charge was ever filed, and thus was he was never investigated by police. He hasn’t appeared in a movie since. He was on the tv show Tokyo Vice between 2022-2024, but that has since been canceled. He doesn’t appear to have anything in the works. He also lives in Japan, having stated he fell in love with it while filming there. It’s worth noting that while this may be true, many people assume he’s also staying there for the whole out of site, out of mind approach. FWIW, there was a planned sequel to this movie starring Elgort, but it went up in flames when his career did. It also didn’t help that Kevin Spacey’s own accusations helped tarnish the release of the movie. Edit to add: This post is in response to the statement in the reaction that he fell off. This is my explanation of why.

Another cool things is if you listen to the movie through both headphones you can tell that when baby’s playing music it’ll come through whichever headphone he has in for the movie

As an Atlanta native, this movie was a lot of fun to watch because - while a lot of movies are filmed here - this one was set here to make it authentic. The geography of the chase scenes is also fairly accurate. When Baby is running from the cops, his path follows real world logic. He doesn't run through one area and then wind up in a location that is in reality halfway across the city. It's a cool detail for anyone who's local to the area.

One of my favorite parts is when all the people he helped and was good to spoke so highly of him, just for the judge to say he still gets 25 yrs. A cautionary tale that still showed the consequences before he got his ride off in the sunset. On top of being so music charged and shot so uniquely with great action and stunt work, hands down one my favorite films that stands on its own creatively

The audio IS going to sound off IF YOU'RE ONLY LISTENING WITH ONE EAR. You're not getting the same thing in both ears. Audio is mixed very carefully for the optimal effect. Good reaction though.

14:25 that is honestly how Edgar does his movies choppy and the script always has to be like tennis line to line. Pretty much everything has to have a sound effect ect. Like if you both had AirPods in both ears you’d notice when he takes one of them out the music is still playing on the other one. We’re basically hearing what baby is.
