My former art teacher is serving a prison sentence for CP. He used to tell girls with short skirts on to go up a ladder to the top of a cupboard to get paper….He’d hold the ladder for them and look up their skirts. We all knew he was a nonce and some parents even complained, but nothing was done. Then 2 years after I left school, he was arrested for making and distributing CP.

My work experience was in a vets, I cleaned the tools, the floor, looked after the dog they had in the overnight and was able to observe surgeries and shit. I was late everyday to school but work experience I was there early, was the best part of school honestly

are work experiences in british schools just similar to internships or part time jobs? here in the US (California specifically) we're usually required to have x amount of volunteering hours, but my school required us to have 48 hours of experience at an internship. (gonna age myself here, but covid started when I was 17/had to do my internship, so if our internships were cancelled we just had to attend a bunch of work seminars. I got an internship with my uncle doing designing work where I redid the website and made a bunch of notes about the selling process to give to new hires).-

@gweneth p from my UK experience, we had to do 2 weeks work experience (volunteering in a way, because we weren't paid) in any business that would take us. A lot of places wouldn't do it, due to insurance etc. (I'm talking about when I did it, which was back in 2013). I ended up doing a week at a vets followed by a week on a farm. I loved it!

9:57 To be fair, in the UK version of the Inbetweeners, the age difference is much smaller than in the US version. They're only 16/17 in the first and second seasons. The girl they are referring to at 10:14 is only one year younger than them. 12:10 Also having sex with a corpse is an offence in the England and Wales under section 70 of the Sexual Offence Act 2003, and the maximum sentence is 2 years. I worked at a homeless shelter for a year after college, was surprised to see my high school teacher in the shelter, we had a good chat and I wondered how he got there, but obviously didn't want to ask. Few weeks later, see an article in the local newspaper with a picture of him in it, "School teacher goes to court over multiple sexual assault allegations of female students". Bruh. Attending the shelter was awkward after that, till he finally got his conviction.

The Inbetweeners single handidly ruined my childhood. So my step dad who i was very close with cheated on my mum so she decided to cheer up me and my siblings by buying the inbetweeners set. I learned so many sinful things on that programme and as i was 8 i told all my school friends thus spreading a inbetweeners disease leading to kids swearing at their parents and everyone. I felt so powerful knowing i've ruined loads of innocent kids lifes and family's by teaching them these words. Anyway yh thanks for reading.

i loved the inbetweeners as a young teenager, but admittedly it’s not as funny to me now i’m older. i think that watching it as an adult you can’t appreciate the humour as much. a lot of the time Alex seemed like he didn’t even find the scenes funny, when if he watched it as a teenager he definitely would have
