i had the opposite the past 2 weeks been catching smallies everyday 5+ everyday i found a nice little honeyhole i got there for 3hours and oneday i catch 15 another day i catch 10 and so on . for me its just little swimbaits , jigs , and any craw style soft plastic like neg rigs or texas rig bandito bugs jr. been killing it recently caught couple walleyes and pike for catch and cooks this summer has been awesome hahaha

Ohh sweet!! Bass are gonna start stocking up for winter so we'll have to start trying these out at some bass spots! Maybe some frogs on calm waters too!

IF YOU GUYS WANT CATFISH BAIT TO TRY,USE PORK CHOPS. I CAUGHT A LIMIT OF CHANNEL GATS ONCE USING . USE PORKCHOP YOU WILL NPT EAT. OTHER WORDS, NOT GOOD TO EAT,BUT STILL GOOD FOR CATFISH BAIT

Do you have any recs on places near mtl to fish to find big catfish? been going to ponds and getting small dudes only, but love fishin for em

Hey, they are found pretty much anywhere on the Des Prairies River but it depends on the season. Later in the season you just don't catch as many. A good spot for them is on the shores of the Parc-nature du Cap-Saint-Jacques in the west. Try chicken and if there's any big catfish they will grab it and run. Goodluck, let us know if you catch any.
