After watching this the other day I felt inspired. Yesterday I did an AMRAP CrossFit workout of 20 Ball Slams, 15 Kettlebell Swings, and 5 Tuck Jump Burpees for 15 minutes. I will be incorporating CrossFit into my routine more often, doing another CrossFit workout tomorrow. Thank you!

Great to see initiatives to include the LGBTQI community in Crossfit, My personal experience has not been too clever regarding my local Box after starting HRT I told my coach and box owners for insurance purposes and they outed me to the whole local community even after I asked them not to this was devastating and I haven't trained since. FYI I am UK based any tips on finding an inclusive gym would be greatly appreciated. I love all the content you are producing please keep on going you are one of the reasons I'm trying to get back into the Gym again. Jess

Can you please do a video on how to improve our squatting form? Whenever I squat, my heels always come off the ground and I can’t get my butt down.

That is likely due to poor ankle mobility & tight calves! Work on those 2 things during your warm-up every time you squat!

Megan Crow I had the same problem! My trainer started me doing squats with weights under just my heels, keeping them higher than the balls of my feet. I would do squats like that, keeping my feet touching the floor/weights until I got strong and flexible enough to not need the weights. I hope it helps!

I looked up what the "Q" stands for in LGBTQ and saw that it said queer, or someone who isn't quite sure of what exactly they are (lesbian, gay, bisexual, or trans). So is the queer crossfit event for people who don't exactly know what they are? or is it literally just lesbians, gays, bisexuals, and transgenders? I am confused 0.0

Queer is an umbrella term for pretty much anyone who identifies as either not heterosexual(i.e. gay, lesbian, bisexual, asexual, etc), or not cisgender (i.e. transgender, non binary, etc). I think in some cases, people use the 'q' as meaning 'queer', which means what I've stated above, or 'questioning', which means you're essentially not sure what you are. Queer, however is often a term that those who are unsure of their identity, among others, often use, because as I said, it is an umbrella term. I really hope this makes sense, sorry if it's a bit wordy.
