Junsu once said after he left SM he earned 100x more just in a year than he earned when he was in TVXQ. It's probably the same case for Jaejoong as well. Both of them are pretty rich. They were famous for having many supercars and buildings back in 2012-2015. They sold most of them in the last few years tho.
