LOL 😂 We had the same experience! We bought our Gazelle 6-sided gazebo for an event. Temps were in the high 90's. Prior to this, we saw a video on how to set it up. Seemed simple...right? We (5 of us) pulled the gazebo out to pop out the sides, but it refused to budge. It was hot and we were all dripping sweat profusely. Round and round we went for about an hour, looking like the 5 Stooges 😂 My friend then said "Why is the emblem on the inside? Shouldn't they advertise their product on the OUTSIDE? 💡DING!!!That's when the light bulb went on. The dang thing was boxed, from the factory, INSIDE OUT!!! We had to turn everything inside out, readjust all the poles. It was such a hassle in the excessive heat. I complained to the company, the only thing they said was that they weren't issuing a refund. We weren't looking for a refund, we just wanted the manufacturer to be aware of the problem. You know, quality control. But, since then we've had no problems with it whatsoever. So glad Donald figured everything out. Go Donald!!!

A lot of things we never thought about concerning Ins your videos made us aware of now. Len and I worked as adjusters for Allstate for the Katrina storm . I’m sure Debby is why you didn’t get the care you should of. I know the Lord will work this out for you. Something good will come out of this. He is Faithful! 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

I’m so glad you all are ok, it just sucks that anytime something happens to the RV it takes forever. Also, watch your insurance, here lately it seems like anytime insurance pays out, they raise your rates. Things are really getting tough out here. Seeing you all go through these things would really make me consider the travel van and always have a home base.
