Someone else offered a suggestion to approach food outlets direct and make an offer for any discounted items at the end of the day. Think I am the only one who just got conned by Greggs. just got my first and it was only 2 jam doughnuts and a tandoori chicken baguette.. The store had loads of food left in including a huge pile of boxes on the counter. i think the staff were taking them
I just got my first Greggs this evening, and I got 2 doughnuts, 4 sausage rolls, Mexican chicken flatbread, a smoky cajun rice with bbq chicken and sweetcorn fritters, and a pot of melon and grape.
We have to know what you thought of the yum yum. They’re like cronuts but long (if you’ve ever tried them). Also we call Belgian buns “titty buns” it’s so hard not to ask for them when getting them in the bakers 😂. Great video 👍🏼👍🏼

We were calorie lucky though as the kids were extremely interested in this bag ( far more than the grocery bag from Morrisons ) so we were calorie limited. If you’re overweight already that’s silly to prion or wasting anything to losing weight. It’s better going in the bin than eating things for the sake of it not going to waste at your size. Very strange outlook they have.
This company would have thrown everything in the bin and 100% would have went to waste. If you think that it’s too much for one person then give it away or feed it to the pigs birds or something but yeah certainly if your overweight you shouldn’t eat for the sake of eating
I had a bag from Greg's a pack of 4 Doughnuts ,a chocolate Dounghnut, a Jam Doughnut and sausage and bean slice ,guess what we don't often eat Doughnuts
I understand what you're trying to say. Not that I'm overweight, but I started using the app thinking I was doing my bit for food waste, but have now stopped as I gained over a stone in weight and made myself ill using the food that couldn't be frozen. Whilst the app is a great idea, it's also a double edged sword.
