Congrats on your win! Now you may want to wait until he's paid you but... - Take the results of your legal case to the original manufacturer to flag him from ever buying their products again. - Report him with your legal evidence to any Transformer groups to have him shut down there as well. - Even though he's deleted a bunch of stuff you should still take it to facebook.

I am happy to hear that you guys stood up for all resellers and didn't just roll over. Tracy and I won a storage unit auction and opened a box and found about 30 Brand New Air-pods. We started dancing in the unit, thinking we just scored around $8,000 payday. But we both wanted to have them looked at, so we had an ATT/Apple guy look at them and he said they were real. But we still weren't sold. So we opened them up and put them on. The first thing you hear when you put them on is "It Looks Like you Are trying to connect to Inauthentic Air-Pods." THE AIR-PODS TOLD US THEY WERE FAKE. I was so glad that I didn't try to sell them before checking. You guys are awesome, hope you get your money back ASAP.

Just FYI, and I hope what happened to me doesn't happen to you - My daughter's ex-BF beat up my car, fortunately she was uninjured (he walked up to her at a stop sign and literally kicked and punched the driver's side, trying to force the door open to pull her out). I made out a police report, and a judgment was issued for $1800. I never received a dime. I was told that a judgment is one thing, but actually receiving the money is another thing. I am in upstate NY, and they do love the criminals here though. Hoping the laws in your state are better.

I Am so glad you stood up for the #reseller community! It's a bit too much to think people are so ass like that they would even sell fakes! Glad to hear this went well. Have had good experience in Small Claim/Civil Court here in Minnesota myself and your situation looked good. Most of the judges/moderators in Civil proceedings are very reasonable. Used to do Arbitration for the local Board of Realtors back in the day as well and that is very similar. You did your homework and it paid off. Thanks for sharing the journey with us.

On "only buy if you know what is fake"...if an item is hot in the sales marketplace, the fakers will continue to evolve to try to make their fake product more believable. I am seeing this with Chinese fakes of Murano glass. They're mass printing "Made in Murano labels". First, these labels weren't centered 😂, and they've made that correction!

Good Verdict: you guys are now like the Chicago based law firms who are buying eBay items (to get proof) on behalf of manufactures, then suing eBay Sellers for selling fraudulent merchandise. But unlike some of those shady proceedings, you are doing it in an above board manner. Congrats!

Now that we all know how good the fakes are, we should never trust a large collection of them, unless they have receipts. Doesn't eBay make sellers provide those receipts?

If you don’t get your money back, and I doubt you will (sorry), I think you may be able to write off a loss on taxes. Ask your accountant.

So you thought you were getting mutiple boxes of Transformers worth $300 each for $1100? So you were okay with ripping off the seller if they were authentic? Obviously at $1100 he knew they were KO Masterpieces out of China. At $70 a pop that would be 16 Transformers for $1100. I wouldn't be bragging about what went down here... you hosed yourself buying something you know nothing about, then you hosed the guy who sold them to you who appears to have priced them at a fair market value... He should sue you for defamation for calling him Fradulent Freddy... I would delete all these videos because you are monetizing his defamation...
